Hi Anastasia, I’m new to sewing and don’t even own a sewing machine so I’m just wondering if I could make this pattern into a maxi dress? And if so how to know how much more fabric i would need?
You totally can! Just extend them hem. Measure from your shoulder to the floor for fabric length.
Very cute! I am flat in the chest and many dresses have gapping/baggy fabric near the armpit. How should I tweak the pattern to make it lay flat? Would that require a dart? Thanks :)
You can add a dart but you can also do a pattern adjustment so you do not have to have a dart. I have been wanting to do a video on it. I will add it to my list. Thank you for watching.
