      I've been loyal to her workout videos for just over 6 months and my belly fat is gone. I drink ginger and lemon water every morning and watch my simple carbs and sugars very carefully as well. Wish you all the very best 😊

    I use to get hooked on 2 or 3 of your videos for stretches at a time because I get comfortable with the routines, but now I switch to new ones all the time because I don't want to let my body adapt too much and get complacent. Thanks for over 700 videos.

    This is a great video! I never expected to finish it but I did! I'm 67 with two knee replacements and the fact that I finished it means there really isn't any jumping. I can't wait to do it again. I texted both of my kids that I had finished.

    I broke all the metacarpal in my left hand 7 weeks ago and haven't been able to do any of my normal workouts. Was so thankful I found your channel.     Just finished this one. Loved it. Not much lost in weight But lost inches. I do 3 days a week, combined with 2,5 km swimming 3 times a week. So hopefully I will start losing some weight soon.

    Finding your channel has been amazing and even my husband, who is recovering from a back injury, joins in with me. I have been doing your 30 minute turbo walking and then I would add another exercise to get me to exercise for an hour. This is great that I can keep going for 40 minutes. I am restarting my fitness regimen, especially now that I am 50 and these easy on the knees/no jumping exercises are fantastic for me! Thank you so much lovely BurpeeGirl
