This is a great video! I never expected to finish it but I did! I'm 67 with two knee replacements and the fact that I finished it means there really isn't any jumping. I can't wait to do it again. I texted both of my kids that I had finished.

I have been doing your 30 minute turbo walking and then I would add another exercise to get me to exercise for an hour. This is great that I can keep going for 40 minutes. I am restarting my fitness regimen, especially now that I am 50 and these easy on the knees/no jumping exercises are fantastic for me! Thank you so much lovely BurpeeGirl

A great break from turbo walking ! The side steps always = inner thigh burn and the arm movements were an added BONUS ! Loved it !
