The only thing I say is we not disparage him after his passing. If he was not clean and using while claiming he is in recovery and sober, these friends should have called him out on it when he was alive, not when he is now dead!

Well, I don't believe he relapsed. I don't believe the "friend who wants to remain anonymous". You're only trashing his name. He is no longer here to defend his name. Shame on you for throwing dirt on Matthew Perry's name.

I agree. He was Clean. I believe him. He said ketamine is not for me. So he didnt take that for sure

@@rosazarcos3480 Really? Take a look at him. The photographs in this article show him smoking a lit cigarette. He had told everybody he hadn't smoked in two weeks. And how did that enormous amount of ketamine get into his system~enough to anesthetize a patient in an operating room? No way was he clean.

@@MoonOverYou the photographs of Matthew smoking were not taken in the weeks before his death.
His assistant Kenny who lived with him said he had given up smoking, you would think he would know.
I doubt these “anonymous” friends were actually friends.

Addiction is a disease there’s no doubt about it, anyone who is addicted to any substance abuse; can relate to this. Everyone deals with addiction differently; not everyone will get saved and that is unfortunate; I believe Matthew Perry”s struggles were very strong and difficult. May he Rest In Peace.

Who knows if he was sober or not except for him. Clearly, he wanted to be sober because he kept going to addiction therapy services.
Look: addiction is an extremely deadly disease. Most people die from it but look that up for yourselves.
He is allowed privacy unless he has chosen exposure.

I don't think for a fact that Matthew Perry relapsed no, he never relapsed, and if he did people need to stop disrespecting him. Unless you've been down that road, don't open your mouth, you don't know how hard it is how rough, it's a disease. Whether people want to believe or not, but I don't think he was relapsed after all that he's done I don't think you would have done that I am a firm believer that he was about ready to blow the whistle on something in Hollywood. And somebody did something to shut him up

      @MoonOverYou 3 месяца назад +1

@@liviamoon It takes one to know one. Look at his face in the last season of Friends. Listen to him speak after Friends ended. He was faking his sobriety. It's very easy to do, but if you combine pills and booze, you won't last long. That's the truth. It's very sad, and I don't blame him for his addiction. Once you're in, it's nearly impossible to get out.

@@MoonOverYou Thank you for your answer. 🌹
Matthew said himself that he was only clean for one season. I think it was season eight. He was nominated for an Emmy right away.
In the last episode, he said himself that he couldn't feel anything. He was numb. And then he fell into a hole because the constant work with his friends was suddenly no longer his rhythm.
I believe him when he says he was clean every now and then. But there were always relapses.
Vit K was found in his body. His last intravenous treatment was almost two weeks ago. So he must have got the pills himself. How did he get his pills in the past?
He hated Vit K and still let doctors treat him with it? It's addictive and has a great influence on the psyche.
I think he became addicted to it. The effects only last a few hours, so he needed more. We know how resistant his body became over the years. He needed huge amounts. Doses that would have knocked us out.
For me, it's not just addiction, it's a disease. And the fact that doctors treated him with K is a disaster to me with Matthew's history of addiction. They are giving him an addictive 'drug' on top of antidepressants.
I'm so sad that he hasn't managed to stay clean. He looked so lonely and abandoned in the time leading up to his death.
There are many theories and rumors.
I think his body had no strength left. The last dose was one dose too many. Then the warm water in the Jacuzzi. Too much?
I don't believe in suicide. If he had gone to bed instead of the Jacusi, he might still be alive.
I hope that his soul will finally find peace.🙏❤️🕯🕊
All the best for you from the bottom of my heart. Love from Germany. ❤️🕊

@@liviamoon Thank you so much for your kind words. I can't say if it was overdose, accident, murder or suicide, but suicide is possible. At a very dark point in my life, I took a few pills and washed them down with a jigger of gin. They weren't opioids or street drugs. They were low-dosage prescription meds for my depression and insomnia. That's why I have posted that even minor prescription drugs can be just as deadly as opioids. It wasn't very much, but just enough to make me unconscious. When my husband found me, I wasn't breathing. He called an ambulance and they said I had died, but they intubated me and brought me back to life. I wonder if they even tried to intubate Matthew. For all intents and purposes, I was dead. In the wrong hands, I would not be here now. Sometimes a person simply reaches the bottom of the barrel and gives up. I guess it wasn't my time yet.
Love to you ❤ from the USA 💐
