airport limo? dame...I'm gonna stay at APA resort to start..the limo goes straight there...curious..i already bought a shinkansen to kyoto but can i get a welcome pass (suica) and connect it to a JR pass? I'm thinking of buying 2 -72 hr. 2-48 hour, and one 24 hr pass for my 10 day trip ( tokyo/kyoto)..they're paper tickets or do you recomend just getting the ' welcome suica' for a discount for inbound tourists. ? thanks...omg..watching your shinjuku video -..i'm going shopping :)
After seeing your comment, I tested out my (abandoned) guasha on my quads, hamstrings, calves and beneath feet. I'm definitely going to use it for my travels now. I was looking into getting a body guasha but what I have is already doable ❤
I’m going to Japan in a couple weeks (14 hour flight) and I’ve been watching your videos on repeat like every day lol YOURE AMAZING AND JUST SO HELPFUL!!!!
Heading to Japan this week and these tips are super helpful. I travel a lot and every little tip helps. I like to extra hydrate a few days prior and lessen the chance of dehydration on the plane. I ask the FAs to give me water every hour even if they have to wake me up. A tip nobody ever shares is I give a little gift 🎁 to the FAs. A light prepackaged snack, hand lotions 🧴 something small and shareable like Omiyage from Japan 🇯🇵. This goes a long way to better flights because few people are genuinely nice to them 😇. Maybe that’s a Hawai’i cultural thing but trust it works. Mahalo
You are such a nice and good person 😎. I also super agree! Be nice to the flight attendants and a gift always helps! Doesn’t have to be expensive at all. It’s such a nice gesture ❤️
Thank you! Thank you! I took your advice about compression socks and bought the same ones from your link. We just got back from an oversees trip and they were the best for the plane!!! My legs felt great! I still use them after a long day at my job, I slip them on at home and my legs feel better! ❤ We also bought the rollerball you recommended and it helped so much after long days of walking and carry backpacks. So grateful to you! ❤
Omg that is so great to hear!!!! 😍I love my compression socks so much!! And the roller ball is a life saver 🤭. Thanks so much for the update! ❤️🫶. This made me really happy!
I always travel with a lacrosse ball to roll out the kinks. I use it against the wall or the floor to get spots I can’t reach. Love that roller!! I need one, I use my foam roller daily at home
Your videos are awesome and this one in particular is a blessing because I'm worried about my body failing me and having pain when I'm in Japan. Thank you so much for all the tips!!
You are like my doctor and I have been absorbing everything you say. You have the best channel thank you for the great detail. I am using every tip for my Japan trip in 8 months
Thank you for your tips and will definitely buy things from them! and watch all your videos, so many good tips. greetings from Dewi (from the Netherlands)❤❤

I find using the guasha is pretty relaxing for neck and shoulder relaxation. :) It's convenient to store it a purse
