I enjoyed this more as a warm up. It’s slow paced, lots of breaks. So if you want a more high intensity 20 min bang it work out. It is not like that. But if you are just starting out or wanting to just move your body I would do this.
Thats totally okay, we are all at different levels, so don't worry 🤗 you know, when I do other workouts here on RUclips they are often too intense for me as well, so I just try to do my best and when it's too much, I just take a break or I modify the exercise how I like it.. I just listen to my body and I also remember that every day is different 🤗 so no worries, feel free to take a few breaks and just go on when you are ready! And remember you are doing great no matter what💛
