      Thank you so much!! It was scary but well needed, Just noticed watching back my videos I wasn't being authentically myself out of fear of judgement. So was time to change that!

    So very true about the gut health! That’s something my naturopath and I have been working on.

    My sports and hobbies are Muay Thai boxing and swimming. 🥰

      BEING your authentic self on the internet is daunting to say the least but now its out there i feel 100x better about myself.
      Muay Thai is amazing! i can imagine you must be super fit!!!

      I wouldn’t say I’m SUPER fit, but fit enough for a Mum haha
