    It's funny so many things you said in this video describing the feeling are almost word for word the exact description I was saying out loud to myself before clicking on this

      It always trips me out how we all experience it differently but also the same. I really hope this video gave you some valuable tips

    Thank you for your advice, very useful tips.
    I find that we tend to function in all or nothing mode, that's why momentums (which are basically dopamine) keep us moving from a task to another.
    The hardest thing is to begin
    Keep it up 🙂

      Exactly! I could not of said it any better myself. Just starting is the hardest part. Executive dysfunction ahhh the joys aye?! 🤣🙄

      You definitely nail the explaining what it’s like to experience this. I’ve recently felt like I don’t have enough time to do what I want in the day. After paying attention to how much time I spend on my phone when I want to chill, it has been exactly what you said: doom scrolling on social media. Gonna try and continue the momentum to get some more things done after work or go to bed sooner.

    do you know if adhd can be developed? or significantly worsen? I swear I was "normal" or | thought I was 4 - 8 years ago and know I struggle with it a lot

    • @ADHD-Insights
      @ADHD-Insights  3 месяца назад

      100%, its not that your ADHD is getting worse its more so you have tried so hard your whole life to manage symptoms and issues you weren't aware of. So in turn can cause that feeling off "losing control"!

    Your one-on sessions... are they actually all $5? Or is that just the price for the consultation?

      @@ADHD-Insights I have questions… what’s the difference between the “adhd paralysis” and the lack of motivation or just relaxing and not wanting to do nothing? Yes, I agree with breaking down the tasks… otherwise I lose interest, motivation, energy etc…
