Just a little heads up for you here, since I am a big buff on reading manuals and technical documents: The CLK manual states, that the car should never be jacked up side to side in the front. Only center. Otherwise damage to the steering rack can occur.

Awesome catch, thank you! I have done dozens of these procedures and not once had any issues afterwards, but to be fair I usually only jack the car up high enough to be able to pull the wheel off. I'll be sure to keep this in mind in the future :)

Is it hard to torque it to spec with the wheel on ?. Not a lot of space i guess? Thx for this nice channel.

You could try putting jack stands under both control arms without wheels on, it's important that you torque it while bearing the car's weight. Good luck and stay safe!

De nada! :) I bought them from strongflex - they ship from Poland but it was worth the wait and the price is great. Make sure you choose yellow or red, yellow is a little softer while red is more sporty. My car is a convertible so I would never want it too stiff. Also you'll have to measure your sway bar's circumference and check your vin to see if your suspension is the sport version or not, these all matter. Good luck! :)
