Congratulations on a fantastic addition to your collection! I own the chrono gmt in ti and it’s become my daily wearer over my reverso, 3 steel sport Rolexes, tudors and my speedy. My friend has the latest Ando in ceramic, but I much prefer the first version that you’ve gotten. I feel too many armchair critics who’ve only seen pictures are very quick to dismiss the octo. This is a watch that really only is understood upon ownership with a correctly sized bracelet. It’s supple on the wrist, nearly weightless and has both presence and subtlety. I’d say they are under appreciated and undervalued at the moment, but this won’t last. It’s a step towards high horology for those who can get past the noise and hype of the grey market.
Thank you so much and wow what a piece you have too, amazing. Yes I fully agree with everything you said. This watch must be experienced to truly appreciate how amazing it is and yes it is very under appreciated. Thanks for watching at your support.
One of my favorite watches! Really enjoyed this video and the nuanced take on the watch. Like you said, the architectural Octo Finissimo case and Tadao Ando are a perfect match. Would love to acquire this piece some day.
Quite the design effort here for Bulgari. Packaging the automatic movement with all that power reserve into such a thin stylish case design is quite amazing. The dial reminds me of the old TV Series `Time Tunnel' show. Thanks for the great review.
I agree it’s not for everyone. Some find it wierd and I can understand that. I also found that those who don’t like the titanium sometimes like the steel because the dial and case are different colors and suddenly it wears smaller than the single colored watch.
@@themainspringerit's the other way in my opinion, the muted tones of the titanium and matte ceramic versions make it wear smallet than the shiny steel versions.
That is truly a piece of art, congratulations! I happen to love it
Thank you and thanks for your support
If there is an contemporary architectural design on a watch, this is it. Ground breaking at all levels.
Absolutely agree and still very polarizing and underrated. Thank you for watching and your support.

Im looking into the boutique edition from a few years back, titanium case, but rose gold indexes and hands
I remember the one you are mentioning, stunning watch and great choice, thanks for your support of the channel.

Yes this is absolutely a beautiful dial. Thanks for watching and thank you for your support.
Very beautiful piece
Thank you
It is a beautiful piece but yes it might get extreme reactions- people might love it or not. It is very futuristic and eye catching.
Absolutely it’s almost a retro futuristic design

Piaget started as a watch company btw
Yes they are but given how much they play in the fine jewelry space I clumped them with those brands. My bad. :) thanks for watching.
Beautiful watches!
Thank you 🙏
Beautiful watch. But never looks right on the wrist

How do you like the crown? Is it easy enough to use?
It is actually really comfortable and has some protruding knurling that helps grabbing it easy.
