unfortunately i disagree with your takes on glasspads overall. they are BY FAR the most maintenance heavy pads IMO, due to them having to be perfectly dust free to be useable. They also have a very unique feel that will be exactly what some people are looking for. so saying that the main upside of a glasspad is low maintenance is misleading IMO.

Reddit has been the worst thing to this community in general. No one cares about your hot take, your shitty roundup based on nothing but how you felt, or your product evangelization to justify your poor decision making skills. Funny enough, I have been using the same Coolermaster MP510 cordura mousepad for like 5 years. I wash it often and it's just as consistent as it was new.

@@SlickSniper3 how do you wash yours? Usually I just spray my down with the hose.
Also, it's a shame the 510 doesn't seem to be made anymore. I'm not a fan of the 511, they changed it too much.

@SeriphimGaming i put it flat in the bathtub with room temperature water and a small few drops of dish soap. I lightly lather the surface with a clean sponge on the green rougher side. Go over it gently for a few minutes. Fully rinse and then wash it with just clean running water. Finally, dry it off flat on a table with a towel under it for a full day!

bro says hes after value, and then keeps recommending expensive glass pads that are niche, and while easy to clean, also very sensitive to changes in conditions (dust, sweat, skin sticking to the glass, humidity, etc.)

qck is trash and old gamepad.. glass are so weird and expensive.. think fnatic dash or focus are good balanced mousepad.. same for the g640 but u need to prepare to change it fast cause is not durable. ive tried also the zowie and man is the fastest return on amazon, that very soft base is very annoying. mouse get stuck in the wave of mousepad and it is a missed opportunity cause the surface smoothness was great. it also suffer a lot the humidity.. not good at all.

Got one. Too fast for val or cs. Also the x is fast and unpredictable when its on the stitching. You never know when the mouse is going to speed up

@@ItsLukeDude u probably just didn't spend enough time to get used to it, either that or its just not your thing. I use a raiden mid on both val and cs and have a decently high hs% especially on cs so definitely not too fast for tac fps

@@ItsLukeDude its not too fast tho. ur control is too bad. u have to give it time and practice. when u have less friction from the pad you will have to develop technique where the stopping power comes more from technique and less from the friction of the pad.
