I absolutely vouch for the finalmouse ulx position. My ulx tarik is a fking sponge, i can squeeze it anywhere and it melts. I started maining the skyrox v8 i got from japan with a artisan hien.
Wild seeing the fall of the Sora V2 - I bought one after seeing the review here but ended up selling it pretty quickly at cost because it just didn't work for me, ended up getting a DAV3 Pro. Something to feel fishy about that dongle from the start, but really didn't expect this. What a shame
ngl, i bought the lamzu maya x and sora v2 recently, and i quite like the sora v2, their implementation of the clicks just feel perfect to me, where as the maya feels a bit too light and often lead to misclicking. the only thing i kinda "don't like" about the sora along with other mice that i have like the x2h mini is that its a bit too short, where the bottom of the palm would touch the mousepad too much. The 8k dongle seemed like something kinda "expected" from all brands nowadays but to be honest i don't even use anything above 2k so i didn't bother spending the money and time for it. its just a shame how they didn't even make the stock dongle come with 4k as a way to promote their super delayed 8k
@shinefake48 Yeah, not a huge thing for me It's more they were advertising the high polling rate and then absolutely nothing from them lol. I absolutely loved the clicks, but between having a large hand and mostly palm grip it just wasn't the right mouse for me. But god damn those clicks sounded so crisp
sold mine as well just because i wanted to try a mouse which has actual 8k polling, which is the scyrox v8 and it's great. like the shape better than the SV2 tbh
This is why web software is a terrible idea, when the manufacturer disappears or gets bought out or simply chooses, your mouse is useless. Web software is like renting your mouse; you don't really own it. Choose products that work from software on your PC instead. Endgame Gear shows how it should be done, great stuff.
Hey man...is there any chance you could make a group test on mice with multiple side buttons like the G 502 for example...for games like Trakov and Arena Breakout Infinite etc where is nice to have a more than 2 side buttons on your mouse. There are plenty on Aliexpress but I have not found any video where they are compared in a big group. Because your content on gaming mice is one of the best I've watched. Thank You and GGs
The Superlight 2 and Dex using the same meh feet is so bizarre considering their g502x refresh has actually pretty solid stock feet. It seems like Logitech just got too comfy with their position in the market. They had the best wireless tech for a while, their battery life is still the best in gaming mice and the Superlight being used by a geniune majority of the FPS pro scene has made them complacent. I don't think their prices will go down but I've a feeling they will start looking into a bit more innovation once the esports scene starts moving away from their products. Big companies tend to move slower...but they will once they have to in order to compete.
What do you reckon is the best new mouse for people with Shrek hands? I have 21/12 hands and I wanna spend some money on a decent gaming mouse that doesn't weigh in kilos
Why are some mouse receivers so large, especially if they are 8K? My Logitech one is tiny and supports 8K, doesn’t really matter it’s just interesting.
There’s nothing wrong with the new glorious mouse imo, he just dislikes the switches which is subjective. But if you’re buying I would suggest the o 2 pro over the series 2 pro
@EmreYagc-mj2bv im not planning to buy any mouse but i was confused i thought the series 2 pro and model o2 pro are the same thing , thank you for explaining
keris ii could be a good mouse if asus puts a better coating on it and remove the stupid grooves. i love its shape and performance but i feel frustrating every time i put my hand on it and feel this stupid plastic shell
Imo sora doesn’t deserve to be on here it is unfortunate about the dongle (pretty sure sprime is an offshoot of ninjutso so both of the dongles being the same makes sense) but as for them only focusing on the sora I can’t blame them it’s what sold the most for them by far, then again I never planned to buy the 8k dongle anyway so it wasn’t an issue for me. But still great video
agree with the list except for the gpx2 dex and the xtrfy mice. the dex is one of the best ergo shapes to come out in a long time. The build is still completely solid and a lot of people who prefer control over speed will enjoy logitechs mouse skates over others. It was made in collaboration with a lot of cs pros, and i would be willing to bet they all asked for a more controlled feeling on their mice seeing that control is king in tac shooters. This is further backed by the fact the gpx2 and gpx2 dex (both mice made in collab with cs pros) both have the slow/gray ptfe skates, while the g502x and g309 (not made in collab with cs pros) have the much faster white ptfe feet. the xtrfy mice are near the top of the list for me personally in 2024, i think you got unlucky with the scroll wheel tbh. my m64 pro doesnt have the issue you have at all, and i constantly use scroll wheel to jump in cs. the shapes are unique and comfy in a market full of clones, the build is solid, the weight is low, and the tech performs extremely well. But you can only rate these things based off your own copies so i don't blame you. finalmeme lol
Great video, I own the series 1 pro from glorious and used it until a little less than a year ago when I got the viper v2 pro (I got it right before the v3 pro released) and now I might be getting the pwnage trinity cf mouse thing, it looks really good for the price. It has all the features I don't enjoy with the viper v2 pro.
Would someone be able to explain why raesha optical switches are bad? I've seen people on r/mousereview not like them and I'm wondering if that should be a reason to avoid a mouse.
they aren't a reason to avoid a mouse, you get used to them after a couple of weeks, but they feel very hollow and low quality compared to some others. i just hate them because i'm constantly swapping mice for reviews and raeshas are really bad in comparison
I will say the ULX competition feels better than any 1st batch finalmouse products I've owned. I used the Tarik edition for a few months and sold it for exactly what I paid. Not saying they're worth $190 but the shape and software are something I enjoy
I remember pre orderintg the air 58 and getting sent into this dumb limbo with final mouse. I cancelled my pre order a month after I placed it and have never given that company a dollar. They are a total joke.
Final mouse being No.1 is nothing new, but No.2 should be Logitech. What a let down! GPW was a hit and then they are just constantly making worse versions of GPW.

Maybe im getting lucky with both my gpx 2 and another gpx1 i had before (but the gpx1 had bad sensor latency )
"Ignorance is a bliss" is happening with you i think: The Viper V2 feet aren't great. So you're comparing bad (Logitech) with meh (V2). The only way you'll realize what people are talking about is if you literally take off your GPX feet and replace them with aftermarket ones. Only then do you have what most people would qualify as real experience. It doesn't cost much to try. And there's a very good reason why they also make those for the Viper V2. Ps. Smoothness / scratchiness aren't real issues with the feet: Those are issues caused by hardness levels or wear. The GPX feet are too thin and too slow. I've had experience of feet that feel very scratch and especially sound as such, but are incredibly fast.
they are the scratchiest mouse feet i've ever used, once you use anything that is somewhat decent you really notice how bad they are, especially in a $160 mouse.
Ulx is my best muse bro... I've had many mice and the last quality failures were the xm2 8k dark frost and maya x fnatic, the quality of the plastics is terrible, both of them squeak ;)
