For reverse lunge I thought we can’t touch are knees to the floor. I’m confused?
I typically touch my knee because I'm trying to shift my weight back and then forwards again. Did I say not to touch your knee in another video?
@@ACHVPEAK well I seen other people say touching the knee is wrong and not to step back too far. I been doing it like that I’m kind long so I step back further and barely touch my knee on the ground
This is a great workout when you are short on time but want a good , hardy workout !

@@ACHVPEAK one day… I do cardio, but only on an elliptical. Your full body workouts are intimidating. I’m 275lbs, so muscles gas quickly. I’ll get there tho!!
