This video explains Five-Factor Model of personality which is used to get an understanding of an individual's personality based on five factors which are
Openness to experience,
Conscientiousness,
Extroversion,
Agreeableness and
Neuroticism
These individual traits are measured on a continuous spectrum where a person may exhibit the trait to a higher degree or to a lower degree or somewhat between these two in the middle. Like someone can be highly extroverted or low in extroversion (introverted) or somewhere between these two extremes.
in this video I've gone through these factors in detail and provided an insight on how different measures of these factors in an individual may correspond to difference in their personality and behavior.
