  • Honda X-ADV 750 and Scotoiler X-System, a look through the instructions with Max, then a review of the steps end-to-end with Poppy. The installation was straight forward with no major problems. I did need to buy the special push through cable ties to secure the reservoir under the X-ADV seat.
Update after 3 years and 6000 miles:. all going well and the chain and sprockets look like new

Your kids are the sweetest. Great ideia to involve them.

I can't seem to get anytime to work on the bike on my own so I have no choice. Also the videos are for the kids when I am no longer around.

Excellent work! Can you please indicate where you ran the tube from the swingarm to the hood? I have the installation pending to figure out where to raise the oil tube. Thank you very much

I ran the tube up the swingarm and then through a small hole drilled in the bottom of the storage area.

Have you got the oiler connected to a permanent 12v supply or have you used a switched live? I’m a big fan of Scot Oilers but only ever used the vacuum ‘powered’ ones.

The oiler is connected directly to the battery. Instructions say that you should avoid using a switched supply. I have not had any issues with battery drainage.
