- Here, I take a look at the iRig Stomp, one of IK multimedia’s range of guitar interfaces. Both guitar and bass are demoed here, including a look at the “feedback” control in settings, in case you use very high gain sounds to record. Also featured is my VOX AC30, plugged into the output of the iRig stomp, so you can record with a direct signal, in case there are latency issues.

Hi Dan! Your videos are excellent like your musicality! A little question, I have an IPad mini 2 A1489 with IOS 12.5.1. Does the Irig Stomp is compatible with it? Thanks ;)
Dan, you mentioned that you use a “DI box” prior to going into the IRig. What is a DI Box?
Been There - I am fairly certain “DI” is an abbreviation for Digital Interface.
Hi There - I'm not using a DI box here, but here is a video from my channel about DI boxes:

Square Peg Round Hole No, to my knowlegde it is Direct Input. Made to balance input/output signal guitar/bass to a mixer. Also used to spilt a signal in recordings to get one clean signal and one with effects. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/DI_unit
