I bought mine from Just Flight originally (before we got the free "Advanced" update), and it seems to be working ok for me now. Although that wasn't the case when I originally updated to Advanced. The instructions were very unclear. Rex don't make it easy. These type of updates should be seamless in this day and age. Still, once I figured out how to get it working properly, I was very happy with the update.
Some of the fall scenarios are too orange, and the orange is very noticeable within the LOD radius around the plane, horizon still looks like green bing maps data so it doesnt blend very well. Winter trees seem better, more brown than orange. I also dont like the terrain kind of masking as i fly over it low. I can see the change occurring. There is also some sort of odd tearing affect in the clouds at certain times of day which I assume has something to do with the terrain masking feature running over the clouds or something. Weather presets the ygive you wouldnt show up in my game either.
Hello friend fro mFrance ; i have an issue with accuseason advanced one, i'm on automation preset and if you see your video at 4:56 it show you "download file completed!" and you can click on "OK"; in my side it said the same but i can't click on "OK", the button is not available; do you know how to fix that friend ? Do i need to reinstall REX accuseason ? can you help me ?
Hi there. I was wondering if you could help me. Since the last update, I have issues on Xbox. To click anything, for example autopilot or any of the clickable spots, I now need to click at least 3 times for it to activate. This happens no matter which plane I’m flying so not sure how to fix this. I didn’t make any changes to my settings so it seems to be the update that’s done this? Do you know where I should look to try fix this as it’s so frustrating? Thanks so much, Glenda 🇿🇦
Hmm not certain why's that happening Glenda. Are you on our Discord - lots of Xbox only Simmers on there and I'm sure they will have more of an idea of what's going on there. The only thing I can think of is some sort of controller confliction.
Yes you can run them both at the same time, although Accuseason Advanced edition (which it a free upgrade if you own Accuseasons) has some excellent weather presets included with it.
everything works, but i still have 0918... i get old version from orbx, then uninstall and install advanced, found serial number and use it, but i don't see any updates in menu and update button blocked green color rex axis helps. thanx for info about update

I believe ORBX still shows the original and I think I still have both Accuseason AND Advanced Edition showing in my add/remove programs. Came here to try to understand what to do with all the presets? What if I'm using FS2020 Live Weather? What if I'm using REX Weather Force for my weather engine? I'm very confused.
Have one Accuseaon running on your PC; delete the old version. Use either Weatherforce or the accuseaon presets for your weather - I believe they are independent from each other.
I've used REX on FSX for a long time. Now I'm in mood to install for MSFS 2020 but its not for sale on marketplace / steam. can I buy it outside and install anyway?
Hate REX big time ...Had the old one which I bought (Orbx)worked great.. New one I just can not get it working in any shape or form.. Rex help is useless keep going round in circles.. Wish I had never tried to put the new one in as its killed the old one and says I have no licence...Which is rubbish.. Even the genius of Huddison could not help this poor soul.. Surely can't be that difficult to make software user friendly... Good by Rex

I realy can't be bothered with it having spend days and days going round in circles... No don't think I will look at another Rex product I am a sim flyer not a software fanatic.

i have noticed that its making some runways orange not sure why that is. anyone have this issue?
I've only had that issue when I've downloaded an airport addon then uninstalled it.
Would there be any conflict with the likes of the 'Realistic Tree Height' mod?

Difficult for me to judge what's going on with your product - a new install with the latest build should work.

Having an issue where Accuseason is installing palm trees in northern Idaho
That's strange. play around with the tree types in the accuseason settings to see if that helps.

On PC MSFS yes; it installs like any other 3rd party mod.
When I change the terrain colour for fall, it makes the runway look a little bit orange. Is there any way to counteract that?
I don't recall witnessing that, but the REX forums (or discord) might be able to help.

The main folder goes to community folder?
The main installation folder can go on any drive
Have download succesfully, into my rex folder in D-drive it just does not open up in my community folder

Ayto mode should update the seasons for you
