I think you did a great job. Once you grow into the space, you may find that it isn’t too large. Luckily you own it, so you can make the changes if it becomes too much. There's absolutely no need to beat yourself up over the matters (regrets?) you addressed concerning your tiny home, Jamie. Watching this video, I found the contrast between the wood and tile flooring to be interesting, and from my very distant perspective it was not the least bit bothersome. Hopefully, you'll come to love the contrast. The "bit too much" interior space you mentioned may possibly become the solution to your desire for a bit more storage. I sincerely hope it works out that way for you. 👍❤

I pay less than B ZD$10 monthly for my water bill and I use a substantial amount since I have a washer I use about twice a week, a bathtub I full and a mudroom basin I use to bathe my dogs once a week. A water tank is also a sustainable option if you really don't want to be on the grid. I believe you can get a 10k gallon for less than $1k!
Absolutely wrong when they tell you, you are not in a tiny home. Number one. There is no set size for a tiny home. 8 ft won't house a reg bed. You can't even make the bed without scrubbing the wall, lol. Your only thought should be if it's affordable. To me a tiny house is a trend and it's just people making it sound better by naming it rather than buy what they need. Your thoughts are practical and stick to what you know. Rename it a tiny Home not a house and be saticfied. We fall in love with names not what is a beneficial. Space is priceless. Get the right amount. You build what you felt you needed and defend your desition. It's yours. My idea of the right size is 12' x 30' for a single bedroom and no less. That's my thoughts for me and then again it will lack storage space I'm used to, that I want but I will be creative and add the storage to the upper portion of the rooms like the bathroom. Long cabinets that go over the shower all the way to the other end of the vanity with ceiling lights onder the cabinets to light it up. Congratulations on your beautiful Home. Tiny house vs Tiny Home. How does that fit. This is MY Tiny Home, not anyone elses. Not house but Home. That's your difference.

The country formed by God to help other countries has gone corrupt. Not to mention they have replaced God's commandments with their own. America is responsible for 66 percent of the world pornography. The bible gives one mark in time and that's when the final seven years of the world begin. It's called the Abraham Accords. It happened on Sept 15, 2020. The signing of the peace agreement with Israel and the Arab Nations. Your in a good place over there and trying my best to join you. First the Bible says to sell all you have and go. But pay all your debts before you go. This must be done prior to the half way mark being 7.0-3.5 years. This date is March 15, 2024. The reason being the anti Christ will be revealed and when this happens you will not escape America. I don't know why I tell you this. I don't even know if you believe in God. Just a gut feeling. God has only one church and it will never hold service on a Sunday. The forth commandment says to Remember the Sabbath and keep it Holy. Only the Seventh Day Adventist church is God's church. As far as storage, maybe get a shed and put shelves, cabinets, or a closet system in it.

I did use ceramic tiles, I just call them wood tiles because they resemble wood planks 🤭
