I am loving watching this tiny house especially from a Caribbean perspective❤ I look forward to seeing how your home evolves….I would enjoy it as a “Jamie’s Tiny home series” 😊 it shows your home doesn’t need to be big to be beautifully done. Everything is very purposeful and well thought out for the way you live and use your space.
Wow, Jamie! Such a lovely home! This second installment of your empty home tour is as impressive as the initial installment. As you continue to make the additions to your living space that you've mentioned in these two empty home tours it's hoped you'll continue to post videos illustrating your progress.
Can’t believe it has been sooo long, 3 years??!!! I remember stumbling upon your channel when I moved back to Barbados from Jamaica and fell in love with how peaceful it was 🥹. Anywayy! I love your space, truly represents who you are and I CANNOT WAIT TO SEE WHAT YOU DO WITH THE YARD! 🎉 Congrats again!
Greetings! Your home is absolutely gorgeous! Job well done Jamie!! Can't wait to see what you do with the rest of your property! Also, looking forward to all the updates you mentioned in the video!
I'm so in love with everything and I'm glad I came across your channel I'm in the process of building my house up north (OW) I'm at the mortgage stage 🙏🏽 looking forward to your next video it's soothing 🌸
Oh my goodness Jamie this is gorgeous😊! Massive congratulations, I am so so thrilled for you 🎉 Thank you for taking us on the journey with you - I thoroughly enjoyed watching this!!
Those washing machines break a lot we use to use them in our condos and got rid of them all. And replaced them with stackables. Good luck though maybe yours will work.
Interesting. I did research on the GE combo and couldn’t find any negative reviews. A Washer/Dryer combo has a smaller carbon footprint than a stackable and the newer technology works well. My friend has had hers for 3 years with no issues, and she has a family of four. 😊 If it goes in, I’ll probably try the LG brand which also has really great reviews.
Wow!!! The journey was well worth it. The home looks amazing. I just purchased a lot in the West Caye Subdivision and I’m definitely looking forward to the next chapter. Can I pick your brain with questions. Continued success.
Wow I'm really loving your new home and your life journey this far. I came across your channel yesterday and you have already helped me answer alot of questions I've had and I'm grateful. However I have so many more and I hope I can pick your mind from your experiences a bit. I'm originally from the Caribbean US Virgin Islands but currently living stateside and really considering Belize as my next home. I've been to belize only once on a cruise years ago and enjoyed it the one day we did visit. In the last few weeks I've been reading up what I can find and looking at videos as well. So me and spouse decided to fly down this end of April and May and spend 2 weeks and try to see and learned as much as we can about the different areas to live and what would be best for us... I see you said you've been shopping at lowes and home depot etc. So what part of belize did you chose to settle in and how easy it difficult has it been for you to get and transport all your home accessories and furnishings etc? Also I'm interested in a quiet laid back area where I can also have the ability to grow fruits, vegetables and even have some chickens and possibly goats as well, so what areas of belize do you think may be best suited for that? I also love the beach and love to fish... Also on my trip what parts of belize you think I should definitely visit and not as a tourist point of view but considering I'm interested in living there? Do you have a general email I can possibly share more of my thoughts with you... Thanks in advance for whatever suggestions and guidance you can offer. This is a very big decision I'm venturing on and my funds have to be well spent and budgeted.... Blessings and I'm looking forwarding to seeing more of your videos... APTTMHY!
I’m curious, and pardon if it’s already been answered, but was it easy to ship items from the US to Belize, or did you buy those items in México and drive them down? Gorgeous home, btw, I’m about to embark on mine as well, so thanks for the sharing and insight! :)
Hi Jamie how is your washer and dryer combination working for you so far? I really want to get one to help with space but I’ve seen mostly negative reviews about the drying time.
Hey Esther, so far its working out well! that could be because I'm a single person so I don't have much laundry. The trick is to not overload the machine. And in the instances where I find the drying wasn't sufficient, there is a feature to add more drying time. When I've done this, I've only needed an extra 15 or 20 mins to get the laundry bone dry.
@@jamierocke wow 😳 well that was right on time. I'm in Montserrat and just acquired a piece of land and looking to build tiny as well I'm very inspired by what you have done and am now subscribed thanks for responding.

I shipped from Houston, Texas to Belize using Belizean Queen Freight. It’s quite a straightforward process and they deliver right to your door.
Very nice house, living there would be like being in paradise itself. Only in this video did you not share your beautiful image with us.
What an amazing home you have. Thank you for sharing! If i may ask, Who was your architect and builder in Belize?
Thanks! Their info is in the description bar 😊
Did you go to ikea, lowes, and home depot in Mexico? Or the States? If so how much was shipping everything over?
I went to the States, specially Texas. Shipping was really affordable when you consolidate your boxes. The boxes start at $30 USD.
@@jamierocke May I asked who you went through to send it to Belize
Sure! I use Belizean Queen.
Hi Jamie ,
Where did you source all your glass windows and doors here in Belize ?? Thanks
I got them from Peters Glass in Spanish Lookout!
Im in the states working from home, so might as well work and live in belize. Any tips?

For the algorithm
This house is so nice im curious to know how it will stand up to weather as far as hurricane and earthquakes.
That’s so amazing that you’d ask that! I literally filmed a video today where I talk about that 😄 look out for it tomorrow!

Adding a dishwasher is not going to save water. You use far less water washing by hand.
