Judicial Service Commission | Spotlight on appointment of ConCourt judges

The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has failed to recommend a minimum of four candidates for the Constitutional Court post for President Cyril Ramaphosa to appoint one.
This week's candidate list included law professor David Biltchitz, Advocate Alan Dodson and Supreme Court of Appeal senior judges Ashton Schippers and Tati Makgoka.
The post has been vacant since 2021.
