- Former Public Protector Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane is in the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria to challenge the decision by the office of the Public Protector not to pay her a R10 million gratuity.
Mkhwebane alleges that she received a letter from the legal representatives of the office in February, indicating that she would not be receiving her gratuity.

She never investigated and cleared any matter against Zuma. Gcaleka has cleared Ramaphosa for obvious reasons and on serious criminal offense.

The court found differently on Thuli against Zuma but contradicting themselves against Mkhwebane on Ramaphosa. She must get her money, it can't be 7 years almost to determine that she was incompetent it is stupid to believe!! infact she was competent but working against the system that is fighting to keep the status quo.
