Rubbish ..
Why not use the taxes to fix public health instead of giving money to private hospitals..
We rather buy from Pharmacy is better than going to a doctor, 😢vote Anc out please 🙏 vote anc out
Pharmacies are also chasing profits now more than ever. Chronic medication is stupidly expensive, even to those who are on medical aid schemes or insurance. For acute conditions, yeah you may get away with just visiting a GP or just consulting your local pharmacy, all depending on how severe the acute condition is. The healthcare system is slowly but surely being dilapidated.
NHI is aimed at big Pharma to bring down the cost of medicines for everyones benefit
This Anc money making business must be voted out, this is not a government, period!.
3 million South Africans pay 90% of income tax, now you gonna tax them more and encourage them to emmigrate. Then there's gonna be less budget to help poor people.
👏👏👏 well done, well done...
Emigrate to where, everywhere else it's also NHI and the tax and cost of living is much higher in those countries I expect you thinking about.
@@LFC4evaYNWA Assuming you are correct, which you aren't btw. Your choices are, stay in South Africa, where there will be NO healthcare, or go to a first world country where the cost of living is expensive but at least you don't die if you get a cold as there's a tax base big enough to fund the healthcare freeloaders.
How's that such a hard choice to comprehend.
We don't have the tax base. South Africa will have ZERO healthcare if this passes. The poor are going to die in droves.
This is all about communism
Repair government hospitals and pay doctors, nurses well. Who will fund private hospitals materially and financially. All new developments failed with the ANC, do you in your deepest dreams think this is gonna work or is this just setting SA for a communist country. This nhi thing is setting this country for a war in this country.
@@LFC4evaYNWA Except theres no ANC where they are going ....
Instead of improving the standard of public hospitals and employing more Dr's and nurses. Mxm SA is going down the drain by day
Unfortunately it will not change voter decision
The taxpayers are already overburdened with taxes I don't think any taxpayers can pay more taxes. The NHI will need alot of money to be successful and the money will have to come from the taxpayers.
We need more Clinics and health workers to fix health problems in the country.
We are all against it. But still the ANC and the government just goes ahead and do whatever they like for the last 20 years. And nobody is stopping them
Thirty years of anc looking after themselves they are using us to give themselves over privileged lives at our expense
Because the WHO demands it
@@charmainhuysamen4136 what nonsense is this. the government legislates and creates the rules.
@@e-strategicsaccu-maths9210 O.K so then why is "this government" copying every thing off the WHO hand book and following the same agenda as WEF 🤷🏻♀️? This isn't only happening here in SA btw. It's happening all over the world. The bala bill, NHI, Land reform. You will own nothing and be happy about it by 2030.
Most of us cant put food on the table imagine when they push up the taxes? We cant eat but at least we can treat our malnutrition for free right. Viva ANC
Oooohhh eh eh, the tender-terpreneures are rubbing their hands red hot with big smiles.
Another year of looting that's why MHEKI gone
Ramapoes
More money for anc to spend
You mean more money to steal
i will never step foot in a government hospital
Then you don't understand the NHI bill, a poor person can go to private as well or anyone, no limitations.
@@LFC4evaYNWA ROFLMAO
You are welcome at the George Hospital one of the best! 🥰
@@JAG8691 Yep friend. NOBODY has "to pay.' Lovely to live in "la-la land.'
@@LFC4evaYNWAthe truth of it is all hospitals will become the same as state run hospitals and they suck so bad and you go to state hospitals to die.
In other words, the SA government can't afford to sustain the financial demands of the NHI bill, so there's a strong possibility that the people will have to pay more in taxes. Then why don't the government tell us what our 15% VAT going towards anyway? Why do we have to pay more?
Vat will go up to 21% and Income tax will be 30% so basicly the taxpayers will pay up to 45% Tax/vat
I read somewhere sometime last year that this was going to happen but in the grand scheme of things it's all related to the brics movement 🤔 I'm so exhausted at this point.
Ancvis gambling with our health just to maintain power😢
Hennessy x.o getting a big order this week 🤣
Create another money pit to be plundered!
Public hospital will be always same as long those rude people working there are still there
Houses, Armani and Ferrari and don't forget Bently
Buying your own Panado is going to be cheaper than going to a state run hospital and getting free Panado. Because that’s all they do at the moment, how is that going to change?
That is already happening. Where have you been 😅
Exactly
Question is, funding is still being considered 🤔 and president smiles, having to sign NHI bill 🤔 When will implementation be effective?
Where is the money coming from
Tax payers money....
@@SCELO_MYEZA. What tax payers? 40% of people don't even have a job. They don't pay tax. Just think for 5 second.
Income tax and VAT on food/petrol
Eskom 2.0...
NHI should be taken from the 1 % increase im Vat , tax on the super rich billionaires and a portion of your salary. Whichnis similar to UIF
Never will people go to hospitals stop going to hospitals rather visit Mozambique for help the noo for Anc please someone come up with a solution stop NHI
If its working in other developed countries why not in SA. The money is there the problem is how to channel it to proper use.
No it does not work in other countries - don't you read the news?? Now we corrupt South Africa thinks we can do it better ha ha ha😢
The National Democratic Revolution.
I think this bill is right like in uk we don’t have private hospital we pay national insurance which covers our health services and its working
It's not like what you have in UK , the anc is robbing us
The UK hasn't got 40 percent unemployment rate. And everyone pays tax in UK
It's actually failing in the Uk..ppl are dying of diseases and cancers because of a strained health system because of NHI.
Blah blah blah nothing concrete
Hmmm hmmm. All things considered I'm loving her accent.
Are these medical aid companies going to close? How about their employees? Are they going to umemployesd or transferred to NHI instead of recruiting new employees
Also medical aid exploit us we just pay even when we do not use it
Yes eventually in 2028 . You will either be employed by the govt admin or walk yhe street looking jobs
We will NOT pay for something like this. You will not makes us pay for it either. We will revolt.
We will pay more tax
I don't see that happening. South Africans are like the frogs in the boiling pot. They were also 100 percent compliant during the lockdown to a corrupt government, as well as taking the poison jab, without question. You are now stuck with these criminals ruling you. You are basically working for the mafia
Our housing estates better Starr having clinics, hospitals & schools😂
Former chair, what nonsense is this, couldn't they get relevant people not former has beens.
POLITICAL STUNT to get votes 😂😂
Just typical.
Get to the point...
Some peole are worried about sharing private hospital with normal people in south africa because of their social standards
🤦♂
Unlikely to be true.
We must stop voting 🗳 don't go for voting all South African let Anc Ramaposa stand alone at voting station please 🙏 vote anc out
It won't work. If we don't vote, it is a vote to the Anc
By not voting we are automatically voting for the ruling party.
@@neom645 exactly.
NOT Voting , IS voting for the ANC. Vote for anyone BUT the ANC
