Get up at 4am. Be at the hospital by 7 or they don't serve you. Stand in a line to get your card checked for 1 hour. Stand in a line to pay to get your file for 1 hour. Stand in a line for 2 hours to hand in your receipt for the file. Stand in a line for half an hour to get your file. Get annoyed because someone sweet talking the nurses into moving them up in the line takes another half an hour.
    Doctors room waiting area saga...
Stand in a line for half an hour to get your place in another line
Stand in a line for half an hour to hand in your file. Stand in a line for 1 hour to get your BP and sugar test.
    14h30...
Doctor comes out and says they're done for the day. Stand in a line for 1 and a half hours to get a receipt to prove that you were there today, at least you don't have to pay again... How nice of them. Stand in another line for an hour to have that receipt verified.
You need to take a leak so you go to the toilet. The floor has about an inch of piss on it. So you look for another one. You go to get permission to use the staff only toilet. You stand in a line for 20 minutes. They take you to the staff bathroom, where you stand in another line again for between 5-10 minutes. The staff bathroom only has a few puddles of piss here and there.
Come again tomorrow for slightly better results. You see the doctor. Who does nothing, just prescribes panado. No x-rays no blood tests no physical exam. You finally leave after waiting 3-4 hours at the hospital pharmacy for your aspirin and paracetamol.
    Congratulations you've achieved nothing!!
The perfect hospital system. Now lets give the ANC full control over the private health sector. Because they have magic hands or something.. They wave them around at something and the whole place gets that fragrant piss smell that we all know and love!!

It is a workable solution, it did work in South Africa but not the new South Africa where the people were employed and taxes were reasonable. The new South Africa under ANC apartheids movement cannot afford such model because of unemployment, high fuel prices, high living and food costs. The ANC apartheids movement tries to be a copy cat of the previous regime but are failing our people, economy and country, not to mention crime, corruption and lawlessness! This all because of their sick ideology connections to terrorists organisations sabotaging the minds of the people of South Africa!
