- Video surveillance footage of a fatal officer-involved shooting obtained by the KSAT 12 Defenders appears to contradict the San Antonio police chief's claims about what led up to the moment law enforcement officers opened fire on the suspect.

I fear that when a single officer fires their weapon, it's a reaction for others to fire also. Pretty damn clear that his truck moved AFTER he was shot. When cops are negligent, or worse, it needs to be pointed out.

Even if there is not a clear view, he could have easily gotten out with hands up and walked towards the officers, as INSTRUCTED. He chose to sit in and resist arrest. So he got what he deserved. This is why police hate cameras....The days of "no video, make it up as you go along",, are fast drawing to a close....And it's always fun to watch a judge see a video and then compare it to a diametrically opposite written incident report...
Actually, police cameras exonerate officers in the majority of cases. The media puts out their narrative and then later when the video comes out they ignore it. The ACLU actually is against body worn cameras. Not sure all of what happened in this case, but I've watched thousands of hours of police video much of it from dash cams and BWC's.
