- A teenager killed in a shooting at a Fiesta event at Historic Market Square late Saturday night had an extensive criminal record, five pending warrants and was out on bond for three other charges, according to court records obtained by KSAT Investigates.

Courts all over this country have a swinging door policy. It's nothing new either. My ex's uncle was a captain on the police force in Greenfield WI back in the 80's. His biggest complaint was criminals getting out on bond almost as soon as they got the paperwork done. He said back then. Cops are sick and tired of arresting the same people all the time.
