Thank you for showing your mistakes..I am not the only one. I find that if I rush I make many, sew I try to remember to slow down and to be patient with myself..not easy. Love your videos.❤
Hi Barbara! I'm so glad to hear you enjoy the videos. I always prefer to leave my mistakes in them because we all make them. No one is perfect and there is so much you learn from the mistakes too.
Melo is soooooo adorable. Fun to see him as a puppy! Bag looks great. I use my SNCut to cut alphas out of HTV. Faster n easier. Machine cuts better than I do. Lol.
This is great and I love that font with the double edging. I'm unfamiliar with heat transfer vinyl - I've done this type of embroidered applique using fabric. Thank you for this video. Melo is adorable.
Jeanette, I can use your expert advice again. I am doing mug rugs, applique and just doing lettering and designs, etc. Can a #11 needle handle stuff like this. Sometimes l feel I don't get the concept of what size needle for projects. Please help! Are embroidery needles and quilting needles the same?
Hi Portia. Knowing what needle size to use and when can be confusing. I recommend using this guide. This will tell you want needle to use for which material. www.emblibrary.com/el/elprojects/pdf/pr1153.pdf
I am new to this, I actually just bought this machine and have never done this before. All my work I do is with Cricut. What program do you use to design your letters beforehand?
Jeanette, is it possible to applique on the SE1900, then cut it out and place on the project if I didn't feel comfortable applique-ing on my project itself? I'm afraid of messing my project up. Know what I mean?
Hi Christine. I create the file using Embrillance Essentials. Once I have the file the way I want it, I save it to the flash drive and import it to the machine.
Hi Jeannette. I’m a little confused. When you pulled the clear topping off the vinyl that part was sticky and the back wasn’t and you laid the vinyl on the bag with the part that the clear part that was sticky right side up. Hope I’m explaining this right.

You are going to love doing applique. The only trick is to make sure you cut the fabric or the HTV close to the stitches.
Do you have any tutorials on canvas tote bags?
I will be making some in the near future!

Hi Annette, I purchase the fonts from Stitchtopia and import them to Embrilliance Essentials.
I am new to this, I actually just bought this machine and have never done this before. All my work I do is with Cricut. What program do you use to design your letters beforehand?
Hi Looney! I use Embrillance Embroidery software. The link is in the video description.

Hi Portia. Yes, you can do an applique on the SE1900. If you want practice on a piece of fabric before doing it on the product.
How do you make sure all the letters are straight and spaced correctly? :)
Hi Christine. I create the file using Embrillance Essentials. Once I have the file the way I want it, I save it to the flash drive and import it to the machine.
I looked into that last night. Is it pretty user friendly?
@@jcbrown444 Yes. They have a version you can download for free to try it out. Recommend doing this so you can play around with it before buying it.
Thank you!
@@jcbrown444 You're very welcome! Enjoy your machine!!!

Yes, exactly! You got it right!
What size needle are you using?
75/11
@@BoricuaSewingCrafts I didn't think a 75/11 could handle a embroidery design. Thanks!
By the way, how's your finger? I hope you're healing well without to much pain💕
