I would love to test (newbie here), So I discovered your videos a couple months ago and absolutely love your family (thanks for sharing) since then I have bought myself a sewing machine and an embroidery machine. But what won me over about you was when you did a raffle and the prize was a sewing machine. It was a very thoughtful raffle and I love the way you chose to inspire and empower someone with that gift. I just wanted you to know I noticed your heart that day and will always support you for that. Bought a couple of your appliques today, I like where you're going with that. I wish you the best!!
Good job...but I do get a lot of orders during the day...so most of the the time I do not accept appliqué orders because it's time consuming...for the shirt that you just did I might charge 8 Dollars and this will take you at least 2 hours from cutting the fabric to stitching the patterns...so this is not worth it to me....but good job👌👍🏿
So do you think is time consuming? And is not rewarded? And price will be to expensive for people to buy it? Thinking of have this kind of business. Thank you for any advice. CR.
Also, which I learned a bit late sorry to say, is that the heat 'n bond helps stop those little threads from fraying (sticking out) after you've trimmed the applique fabric. Makes it much neater looking.

I am confused how the stabilizer stayed underneath? Isn't it supposed to be within the hoop along with the other fabrics? Sorry I am new to all this...and I just bought a verve machine....small, but it's cool for a beginner....it only has a small hoop....

Hello Angela, I love your tutorials, you are a great teacher. I wanted to know if I need a software in order to do applique designs on my sewing/embroidery machine? as I have a brother Innovis950. Right now I download some applique on an usb and onto my machine, so when I do a number then if I want to add something else i have to look for it and then add that. (frustrating). Soon I would like to get a 3 needle embroidery machine.

I'm doing a pink/white polka dot applique at this very moment. My thread keeps breaking...I'm using a Jersey needle, double stabilizer and reduced speed. What am I doing wrong? Please help.

I know you have a heat press listed in the information under the video, but what kind of heat press is it that you use? I just got rid of the one I had that was similar to the one you listed in the info but wanted to upgrade to a nicer one like the one you are using in this video.

What makes an applique wrinkled? I heat pressed before putting the tender touch and heat pressed again at the front.

I would like to be a tester. I’m just starting. My son was born with heart issues 3 months ago so I’ve been following you and trying to learn as much as I can do I can afford to do something I can stay at home and take care of him with. Not use to not working and as you know babies are expensive especially with medical issues.

I can’t afford a bigger machine, nor do I have The clientele! But look at you always thinking. There are a few educators, but I can’t tell if they are scams or not. Anyway I do not expect you to give away all your business plans, but I truly was exploring this before you came out with you new video. Love how pucker free your designs are. I have a PE800 and I never seem to be able to stitch a high number of stitches pattern without puckers. Do multineedle machines pucker less or is it because appliques take less dense stitches?
Will that design fit on a 4x4 hoop?

tear away should never be used on knits! You need to use poly mesh stabilizer
