Thank you Angela. I have a Melco XTS that I bought from Todd 8 or so years ago. I didn’t realize that the tension needs to be changed when using puff foam. This is very helpful.
That heat gun and the tool really made a difference. I hope your daughter's teacher likes the shirt. The choice of each color that were used are so pretty together.

Glad you got a response. I emailed another designer about her puff font needing caps and bridges. Never heard back 😢 It was an expensive font!

I don’t know anything about embroidery so please forgive me if I’m way off base, but you said you had to use the 4mm foam instead of the 3mm. Would that have made a difference in the thread tension? Beautiful work. I love watching people create things. I been watching woodworking, leather working, jewelry making and now I can add embroidery. Thanks to you and all the other creators for sharing your talents.❤

Do you have to change the tension on the brothers as well? Also, do you have a link for the tool you used to push the foam back under the thread? That looks super helpful!
Just some ideas. Maybe a payment plan can buy you some time until business picks up. Do you take Glucosamine Chondroitin? My husband says that really helps. Try pain relief oil from A1 W Soap Queens. Wouldn't hurt to collaborate cross platform with other RUclipsrs to share with more followers.
Do you actually change the machines tension up 30% or is that through Embrilliance?
How long does one sweatshirt take to make? Running design and clean up with heat gun and poke tool??
On a 10 Needle Baby Lock, does the tension on top need tightened or loosened? How do you raise the presser foot?
Can you use fray away on the ends?

Angela, great job as always! Question . . . would you recommend changing the density as well as the tension increase you made so that the foam doesn't peek through the stitching? I forget how density works, I think it's the lower the number, the more dense the stitches, but it could be backwards. Thoughts?
The revised version is a little more dense so should help with any of those peekaboos.
