Jones' lawyer may have sent the link "accidentally" and then claiming mistrial was clearly a bad strategic move
one sure reason AJ believed that the SH shooting was a hoax is where are the death certs for the dead??? they do not exist? all death certs are made public
I know Jones is incompetent when it comes to things he says online but to literally MAKE FUN of the JUDGE when he knows it'll be shown in court infront of them is just plain hilarious. It's like making a presentation of how you get away with cheating in a teacher's class and show it to said teacher. Pure entertainment.
Did he know? He might’ve thought it wouldn’t be submitted into evidence because he did it during the trial lol
Alex Jones thinks he's smarter than pretty much anyone else and when he starts talking he feels even smarter, and more "right" about everything he says.
It is a bad combination.
Let's antagonize the people who are in control of our fate. Great idea! 😏
He is facing a huge loss of funds. Entertainment might save him. Are you familiar the crazy and contradictory Texas laws on punitive damages? Was the ruling of default, evidence of his guilt? If not the parents will spent most of the money they got on their lawyers.
The judge is a biased old cow
This trial has been a masterclass in self defeat. First Alex shot himself in the foot, then his other foot, then his reproductive organ, then finally his own lawyer put two in the back of his skull.
Yea but then he knocked it out of the park with "You mean what Jeffrey Epstein did with the Clintons". And that changed everything giving him the win in my book. Alex won even though he lost..
It's a kangaroo court! And the judge is compromised. Do you want receipts? I can prove it
Perfect description…. Plus turn trial from civil to potentially criminal
You could write a book!
Watching in amazement at this entertaining show! Who is this guy Jones? 🇬🇧
Alex Jones is like if Cartman from South Park grew up
Wasn’t there several episodes where cartman was literally parodying people like Jones?

Nothing will happen to Alex. He'll continue doing his show like he has been. This will actually give Alex more viewers since this is a free speech issue and more people will buy his products.
Also, there is a max limit in Texas anyway for punitive damages and that is just over $700,000.
Alex is not going anywhere.
Sorry liberals!
Of coarse crazy never goes away
Hysterical. Alex Jones blaming the media for not leaving him alone and spreading lies🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Yeah the media is awesome bro
Have you not seen how adamant the media has been on anyone they dislike be silenced over the years or do you live under a rock? Communism has taken over in the guise of liberalism. Kids these days on Reddit and Twitter are one sided and spiteful to the country we live in and they're arresting patriots that love America. Wake up sheep.

The media never lies.
He reminds me of a kid in junior high being defiant to his teacher
I've never seen ANY kid behave as bad as him. "Down to the office with you!" Okay one other American adult that acts like that.
Bear in mind that in this judge had no business in presiding over this particular case. Go look over her list of endorsements that she received. She is not an unbiased party.
How can Alex maintain such a level of tension in his body . It looks exhausting . It just looks like his head's going to going to explode .
We can but hope…..
Stroke waiting to happen. Although I don’t wish that on anyone. He needs to exercise. Money ain’t everything.
I can only wish. Normally I wouldn’t want to see harm come to anyone. But in this case, I have no problem with it. Anyone that spreads conspiracy theories and lies for a living deserves everything bad that can happen to them. They’re unfit to be part of our society.
Waiting with buttered 🍿 to see his heart explode
Coronary waiting to happen
Its missing when Daria Karpova said that Alex Jones has more suffered then the parents during this whole process or when she admitts when asked by the jury that she thinks the trail is staged. Her testimony and whole mannerism was just insane and outrages.
I can’t help but think she’s a Russian disinformation asset.
still fuckable
Love your name!
Judge has those real "not angry, just disappointed" vibes. Lol. Jones and his lawyer just keep testing that patience tho
She may be one of the most corrupt judges in american history; complete removal of due process; a disgrace and a stain on this nation
That judge is biased and the opposite of dispassionate. This should be a mistrial for many reasons, but the judge's glaringly obvious bias should've obliterated the "case".
@@jules8876 you're joking right?
@@waynedamron8006 No, I actually watched the entire trial. That judge is a joke.
@@jules8876 You know that it was a jury and not the judge who rendered the award on damages right?
You also know that Jones lost on liability solely because he refused to obey even the simplest court orders to show up at hearings and provide discovery right?
You also know that Jones went through 11 lawyers who all quit one after the other because he was a horrible client who refused to cooperate with them by again showing up at hearings or providing court ordered discovery right?
So, the jury were the ones who found against him, his 11 prior lawyers were the ones quit on him because he wouldn't work with them, and ultimately he was the one who screwed himself by refusing to treat the trial seriously by obeying basic orders, but you think it was the judge who is responsible for this?
If there is a line of people even remotely responsible for Alex Jones losing this case, Alex Jones is clearly at the front and the Judge isn't even cracking the top 12 spots.

For someone who says he is so concerned about the truth, Alex Jones sure knows how to lie.
@VOTER FRAUD when he claimed that his team had performed disclosure properly and later on was confronted with text messages where he was talking about Sandy Hook even though his team did not submit them.
Furthermore, Jones claimed he himself had searched his mobile devices properly and found everything worth discovering.
Thats just one lie.
@VOTER FRAUD its not his or his lawyers decision to decide what searches returned by a rudimentary word seach on the term "sandy Hook" are relevant to the case. You hand over in good faith in disclosure. That was not done.
Furthermore, it wasn't Alex Jones mistake because Alex Jones said that sandy Hook was never returned on the rudimentary word search on the term "sandy Hook" that HE did on HIS phone. He contradicted himself. If its a mistake like you claim, then its back to bad faith and bad disclosure which is dishonest.
Doing less than the bare minimum legally to help the system find the truth is certainly not honesty.

It happens occasionally but it gets clawed back immediately, there was a million avenues where they could have said it was an accidental release of Privileged Information, or any of the countless other options. But the most outrageous part is that opposing council said upon receipt “Hey this is a ton of information we didn’t ask for,” and the attorney just said “oh hey yeah don’t use that please.” Didn’t file for anything, just literally made an off the record side bar email saying “Sorry pls don’t look.” They had over a year to do something about it and they never did. There’s a difference between freedom of speech and spreading a lie especially on a platform like he has.
Like the judge said, just because you believe something is true, doesn’t make it true.
A conspiracy theory is always a lie and rarely ever becomes true. Those that are proven takes many years before evidence arises. Point being, this precedent allows journalists/Americans (those prone to creating conspiracies) to be held liable for questioning things especially national tragedies.

Jones is greedy and just fine with ruining people's lives over it. He should count himself lucky that none of his crazed fans has killed anyone, because he would be partly at fault.
"I ask that with your verdict, you not only take Alex Jones' platform that he talks about away. I ask that you make sure that he can't rebuild the platform. That's what matters." - Lawyer Wesley Ball
Censorship is not a punitive damage. It's a permanent one.
The lawyers have said they want to send a message to all journalists if they go down this path they will be up on that stand too.
If there was no law and order the jury would have hung Alex Jones publicly, that court room looked that biased.
@@midevilsam as they should. Defamation is not free speech.
@@finejustgivemeaname Journalists from CNN and MSNBC won't be held to that standard. It's not because they don't defame people either.
Who would want to hire Alex Jones' lawyer now? So many mistakes...
Maybe they just threw the case. Realized he was trash and “accidentally” released all his text
@@demersmc1 that is conspiratorial thinking. and i'm afraid it might be the second most likely explanation. the most likely explanation is incompetence.
@@demersmc1 no lawyer with the cost of law school and building their whole career would risk judicial sanction and malpractice suit against them from their client just to hope that some leaked info about their client might hurt their client
Lawyers are too selfish to do that lol
Occam’s razor this was pure incompetence
I assume that when lawyers get bought, they don't need to keep working
@@dBanzy who bought him?
If Alex Jones wouldn't have questioned a national tragedy (like Sandy Hook), then he would never be in a court room right today.
Lol nope. A thousand other reasons would have. One thing is for certain - this will not be the last time he's in court. He will get done for perjury, money / tax fraud, further defamation suits, and charges over Jan 6th corruption.
@@anovemberstar Videos all over Twitter shows Jones telling the crowd not to engage in violence with police and not to storm the capitol.
Well people SHOULD question national tragedies, i mean things like 911 or Waco. You should never just claim whatever officials say as true.
Alex Jones: "Look at that. The consequences of my actions."
The fact all this hoopla is going on because littles were shot and killed is just beyond evil. I hope the children that passed are having a lovely afterlife because this world is just too evil nowadays
Jones made a mistake by going afte the families , he should have stuck to blamin the goveemenf and he wouldn’t be getting sued
A con artist dares you to disbelieve his or her made-up lies.
Great way of putting Sandy bait hook and the government/media sensation 🙂
You must be referring to MSM
@@steadly3668 Oh, watch out. Stating lies can be costly from time to time.
I think I'd want a rich dude to say bad things about someone I loved who died in tragedy if it got me 4 million dollars.
Says a true piece of trash
I feel like somebody bought out Jones lawyer lmao I never accidentally sent the entire contents of a phone what the f*** is even that.
But the way his mind works, it is the courts fault for finding him guilty. He won’t change his ways.
Do you understand that Jones recanted the story years ago? He recanted and he apologized.. YEARS ago. He acknowled SH was real, not a hoax.. many years ago and apologized! It is shameful that the parents didn't know they.. the parents were obviously being manipulated And Alex was not even ALLOWED to tell the jury that he had apologized years ago!!! I think Alex will win his case will win in appeal. On top of all that.. we do have free speech in this country. Defamation is so hard to win because we also have free speech in this country. You have to prove that the people being "defamed" were genuinely hurt by your words.. not that you just "didn't like them".. the parents literally didn't even know he'd said these things until years later. AND he barely talked about it. AND they didn't knwo he recanted and apologized already. The parents literally thought he was still saying it didn't happen as recently as laslt week. That's what she was LEAD to believe. Again.. the parents were being manipulated. It is shameful on teh part of the judge and teh prosecution.
@@christina9841 I think you should email this to the judge ffs 🤦🏻♂️
You can clearly see his disdain for the proceedings by his actions throughout the case. He won’t and hasn’t changed.
Probably thinks it’s the ‘deep state’ attacking him. His fans definitely believe it if you read the livestream chat.
"He won’t change his ways"
Spoken like a modern gulag operator
He strikes me as a little bit mentally ill, or some type of personality disorder. And it's all catching up with him
It’s like he just stays in character forever.
It's not a character. It's Alex Jones.
Amazing, isn't it? Or is he truly insane? I doubt it. He is a snake-oil salesman just like his hero Dump.
Almost as if that's not a character. Lol
curious: That's because he is being HIMSELF ALL of the time . . . . The ONLY time he "gets into character" is when he is joking around, like dressing up like the Star Wars Villian or a frog, or something like that. Other than just having good fun, Alex is Alex . . . . . . - Susan Burns
This was not Alex Jones anymore by the end of it. The jury was deep state and them and the witch judge controlled him the entire trial and have been since before 2012...but only very small amounts, that explains a lot of things. . Alex wasn't gonna show up, they controlled him into the court and than finished him off during the trial. He's gone now, he's gonna run for politics and give up at least one of his kids to them .
I was really disappointed there weren't more ads on this video.
The thumbnail looks like he’s thinking about the time JD pushed Kate Moss down a flight of stairs. Oh wait, wrong person. 🤣🤷🏻♀️
I am so glad that I had a mother who taught me to think of the consequences of anything I say or do. This is why lies/defamation will catch up with you because Karma is a *****

It is hard when you have to keep track of all the lies you have told. Liars, lying, lie
