Don’t worry we didn’t leave the price in, just the part that said “hundred thousand” but we bleeped out the number before that. That would be incredible if you could buy land in the uk with planning permission for 100k.

I believe anyone can bid but you have to pay a hefty deposit to bid which is refunded if you don’t win anything

Stipulation of planning required the new house to be in the same position as the old one 😊
