💗 15 Min Ballet Abs Workout: Tone Your Core for Better Posture (Express Pilates HIIT)

- Let’s improve our posture together with this quick ballet dancer abs workout for a strong and toned core! Train just like a ballet dancer in this 15 minute routine with a combination of ballet floor barre and barre pilates HIIT exercises, designed to give you a great ab burn. These strengthening exercises are great for core stability which contributes to improved posture in ballet class. Great for at home, this pilates and ballet workout for the core follows a HIIT format with intervals of 40 seconds work and 10 seconds rest. The only equipment you will need for this core workout is a chair, stool or sofa. I recommend adding this ballet pilates workout to your daily ballet training (ideally before ballet class) to improve your stability and posture.
