One thing to note regarding the non organic meat as an exception is Bison in the US; In the United States, the use of synthetic hormones, including those you mentioned such as zeranol, trenbolone acetate, and melengestrol acetate, is prohibited in bison production. Bison raised for meat in the U.S. are not administered these hormones, as federal regulations prohibit their use in bison farming. As a result, consumers can typically find hormone-free bison meat in the market.

Thanks for that information. I live in rural Iowa, and I have access to reasonably priced beef. I was aware of all the hormones and other crap the feedlot cattle here are given, along with the high cortisol content from the stress causes from being raised that way. Some beef in stores here have so much cortisol in it that it has a strong unappealing taste. I can get bison, so thanks again.

@@jackychandler8594 Bison is also mainly allowed to graze on the wild grass and is fed very little corn. More selenium and other beneficial things than beef as well. Better for the environment too because they are native to the plains and buying the bison meat also helps the privately owned conservation efforts of ranchers to repopulate the diminished Bison populations.

First, I'm 75. During the summer I bicycle 20 to 30miles/day. I'm about to reach 3K miles for the 5th straight year. When weather doesn't permit biking, I do kettlebells at the gym along with weights, ABS, elliptical then dreadmill. I take 8 supplements in the morning and 5 at night. My morning protein drink is a mix of Ka'Chava, RYZE, Chia seeds soaked in chaga mushroom tea with stinging nettles, cinnamon, saffron, and COSTCO's Premier Protein drink (30g). Tastes great. My first meal is after my workout. Just a salad with avocado, spinach and my own dried greens mix. I drink True Lemon water all day long. Everyone thinks I'm in my mid 50's. Diet is important but kettlebells is a major discovery. My weakness? Chocolate. So I make my own almond bark with several different seeds, walnut and almond slices, and 4 types of dark chocolate up to 80% coco topped with course kosher salt. Everyone raves over it. I'm in bed by 11PM and usually up around 7AM. ED problems? Usually have a tent pole in the morning but honestly, I don't know. The need never arises. C'est la vie. Hope springs eternal.

That's because the pictures of back then were grainy and not of great quality. If you were to somehow insert today's guys into those photos, and mix those guys together, they'd look the same.
Testosterone may be lower today, but it doesn't make a significant difference in the way a guy performs. There's no shortage of athletes signing up for professional sports. There's still plenty of big & tall guys out there. Most importantly, even if guys are weaker today, if the Homeland were to be attacked, men would naturally go back to behaving like their ancestors and become territorial and aggressive.
I'm a weak-minded, short, piece of crap guy myself. If my town were to be attacked by a foreign enemy, I would team up with other guys, become hyper vigilant and aggressive... naturally.

I'm with you on this. I've known of average guys dying and athletes die in early age, too. The high testosterone guys (bodybuilders, marathon runners, football athletes) die of heart attacks or die because they were involved in social problems. Aggressive guys die in drunk driving accidents or in jail.
High testosterone, low testosterone, I think ultimately, it doesn't matter. It's what a guy does (and genetics) is what keeps him alive for decades.

My sleep pattern is much better.... Just about everything I have struggled with within myself was all but handled.... Until the doctor said, "your Test level is a little high." @@islesanctum833 sorry for not replying much sooner. I didn't see the notification. (I'll do my best not to write a chapter lol)
In 2012 I landed in ICU with both lower lungs full of clots. After all the tests. I found out I had a genetic mutation that causes my blood to thicken. For the next few years I had to get blood work done every month because of the type of medicine I was taking (warfarin). I also had to follow a low - zero vitamin K diet - no green food, especially leafy greens. Years later, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. That's when I decided to see a younger doctor (that wasn't still practicing like it was 1940). Now I have full blood and urine tests every 3 months. This is when he mentioned that my testosterone level was low... I didn't realize that the low Test could cause all kinds of different problems. All I knew was, okay I have a low libido. No big deal. So, another year went by and he mentioned it again... Except he broke it down and said it can cause depression, lack of daily drive (I thought I was what dad said I was....lazy lol). It could cause bad sleep patterns, high & low mood swings that come out of nowhere, etc etc... I never knew all that. He said we could try TRT and see how it went. I agreed. The second month I noticed I was feeling better..... different than I have ever felt. (Sry, I'll wrap this blah up) Anyway, it's been a few years and I feel more alive. I actually woke up excited about the day ahead. Before, I would dread even the thought of having to wake up the next day. I have more energy and drive everyday. (Like the life gurus say, "get excited about life man!" - Tony Robinson). I actually feel like a 25 year old, in a 51 year old body lol. But anyway, I'll stop before your head explodes lol.

Ive got low-T, type2 diabetes, obese low energy and had a stroke in 2020. I need to increase my testosterone seriously! Since the beginning of the year I have been following proper diet and have losy approx 25lbs. My problem is exercise. I have problems from my stroke in walking any distance. I need strength too! Im thinking that some chair exercises would be in order for me? Will this get my testosterone up? I cannot take HRT due to having to take blood thinners because I have a blood clot factor.

When my husband was diagnosed with Prostate cancer (50 yo) he had very low Vit D and lower level of testosterone. I found a study that said men with this combination has higher risk of Prostate cancer.
Now that he’s had the surgery (4 yrs out and PSA levels still 0) he still has low testosterone and they will not prescribe testosterone. Supposed to be bad for these cancer patients? Anyone know what we can do?

Vitamin D is dependent on the person. The only way is to get it tested. I am 96kg low fat and taking 10000 iu per day is right for me. Make sure you get k2 with the Vitamin D. Zinc is helpful, as is greens, ginger, weight lifing and no alcohol.

Just wanted to say t had any you for upvoting red meat( grass fed no hormones). Most don’t have the courage to say that. I think your video is the most accurate information about food and the subject out there. Other medical professionals do ok in their videos until the shoot saturated fat down and boost grains. • @TheRealHonestInquiry

If you look up old ways of making bread (fresh every day) it had high protein ingredients like nuts and seeds, but yes I would agree today most if not all bread is unhealthy unless you are making it yourself or getting it from a specialty baker.

The term “normal levels” is part of the problem imo. Chances are that if your doctor will even test your testosterone, you are going to have normal levels. Normal levels is too broad. It’s more likely that a doctor will prescribe testosterone for a 10 year old girl than a 60 year old man.

    • @MK-ih6wp
      @MK-ih6wp Месяц назад

So true. My husbands doctor didn’t even want to run the test (because he didn’t know what to prescribe if it came back low.)
Once he finally acquiesced, Md only ordered Total Testosterone test instead of the panel with the more useful Free Testosterone measurement.
Would have been easy peasy if he was a child jumping on the gender bend train.

Testosterone started dropping in the 1960's according to this video. Guess what else started happing at that time. That's right, the rise of feminism; where women started becoming more like men and men were influenced to become less like men and respect and honor for them when out the window.

The pussifucation of young men continues on apparently. They either feminize to get social approval or buy an assault rifle and go commando in rebellion for being alienated… it’s all out of balance now. How tragic.
