I have a lot of gol set down as single mom , and even most wrote down . But so sad I can not to start non of them I distracting with the problem is coming every day . Dr Ax I’m following you for many years
Can you please speak on proper diet and lifestyle as it relates to being productive and having the energy to do things! I find myself very tired and lacking the energy to be productive esp after a long day of work
Lots of meat and vegetables. Less carbs. Green tea is a great natural energy booster. Meat, vegetables, berries, healthy fat (coconut) and a little bit of rice.
Carb restriction on my part put down to 30/day. I lost 200 lbs. in 1year but I also walked 1 hour/ day, just a relaxing one. At first I had to find tons of veggies that were non starchy ones that I could mash down with butter, salt and pepper, but it didn't take me long from my Carb counter booklet to pick my favorite ones! I preplanned everything I was gonna eat. I brought a lunch with me on ice or not to zap into a microwave at a truck stop if need be, and it became a real regular habit that I LOVED TO DO! of course seeing immediate results the second day was the surprising thing. I ate sausage, bacon , steak, avocado , cabbage for Cole Slaw with pineapple sugar free....... wow , loved my food!!
What's the point of dating if you're prolly never what your partner really wants, if everyone is just settling because they don't have better options??
A bit of wisdom I've picked up is that *healthy people* grow and change (although plenty of people out there are stuck and don't ever change)... Finding your 'perfect fit' doesn't really make sense because it's always a moving target. It's better to look for someone who can grow along with you. A couple doesn't start as a perfect match, rather they work on becoming one together; that's why it's so important that relationships aren't one-sided or one person stays the same and the other erodes themself away trying to fit (as in the tale of Narcissus and Echo) :P
Find someone who has good character and shares your values, also, is committed to growing. If you align with those yourself you've likely found a good match.
Nice to see you back on RUclips.
