I'm so tilted that the airburst in the wrong hands is a teamkiller
tbf, most of the times it's not anyone's fault. The airburst launcher is bugged to the wazoo right now with its proximity fuze. It should only explode when near enemies, but right now it picks up on basically...MOST entities...dead bodies, supply boxes, bushes and trees and shit...it kinda just does what it wants right now, thank god AH knows this and is probbaly getting fixed in the next patch.
@@sivel7493 Plus they already stated this is a prototype version. So we'll be getting the real, probably fixed version, at the end of this all
@@nogardner5620 hard to say whether they'll do a revamp on how the airburst launcher is gonna work, cuz we got the strategem preview videos and everything already. BUT, if they are doing so, I hope it'd function like the Airburst Orbital but instead of blasting downward, it's forward instead, kinda like...well, actual airburst in real life lol.

Tesla tower, arc thrower, and now this. Arrowhead is having yet another live service moment, putting in weapons that are better for griefing than actually killing the enemy.
Chill the rpg is going to change once the new update is released. The devs confirmed it’s a prototype we used in game currently

It would be one thing if the gun just sucked for those who equipped it, but a teamkill cannon is something else entirely.
@@BRAINSPLATTER16 This is exactly what you paid for. It's a live service game with a constant supply of new content. They did this with the mechs too so it's not unexpected. If you don't like it don't use it, simple as.
@nogardner5620 live service doesn't mean you have to pump out untested trash.
And again, it's not a "don't use it if you don't like it" situation. It's a teamkill cannon. If I have to back out of a game to avoid it, then it ain't simple at all.
This shit is why game companies suck. I'm not saying arrowhead is any ubisoft or Activision by any means, but with the kind of attitude from consumers that excuses this behavior, I have no doubt that if Arrowhead gets big enough, they'll be indistinguishable from these shitty companies, and it wouldn't be their fault.
It's obviously not as big a deal now, but this is where it starts.
