      Timothy Ring - you are so right. The second lesson I learned when I was taught how to shoot was that the moment you point a firearm at someone there's no such thing as an accidental shooting. The first lesson - always treat every firearm as if it were loaded and had a live round in the chamber.

    • @GameChanger597
      @GameChanger597 3 года назад

      There is definitely such a thing as a shooting accident. Sometimes people get nervous and don't even realize how much pressure they're putting on the trigger. There's a lot of tension in the body under a stressful situation so it could have been a true accident. Regardless of whether or not it was for her personally, accidents like this do indeed happen.

      @@GameChanger597 That very circumstance of a bit more pressure than intended is why I made my comment. And, as Timothy Ring noted - once you place your finger on the trigger there are no accidents, you've made a decision to shoot. And, I might add, what sort of individual fires a weapon at someone without their life being in imminent danger? And how did this felon obtain a firearm? Someone that unstable, with that criminal history should be the last individual to ever be permitted to own a gun.
