I like thta they are elevated off the ground.
They are not. This is the only home they have built as of today and it is an overpriced AirBnB surrounded by what I would called dilapidated homes, and homes with junk filled yards. That's the reason it is elevated, to deter home invaders (hopefully). I'm in Florida right now, but this house is in Garner about 30 minutes from my house in Raleigh.
It would be more beneficial if they were built for people who actually need homes.
Yeah like homeless fentanyl addicts.
Agreed
This building on some good acreage of privacy surrounded by tall trees would be very nice.
Make a 800-1000 sqft and permanent living model and I would love it, especially the elevated foundation.
It's necessary for it to be elevated because of where it's located, not because of water, but to deter home invasion. The entire surrounding area is a little suspect. I wish I could post pictures of what the neighborhood looks like.
❤❤
Cool. Nice space!
Very cool! I wish more developers would pioneer this shared living model especially when it comes to affordability... Which this one clearly isn't...
Illusion of space is right!
Very deceptive company. This house is a prototype and is not in a community nowhere near the supposedly site where the community was to be built. I have a home in Raleigh and wish I could post pictures of the area where this house is located. The company was suppose to build a community of tiny house off of Rock Quarry Rd, but because the builder did a bait and switch with the county and wanted the homes to be AirBnB's, the county/city, pulled the permits and as of today, the land is empty waiting for a new buyer.
WOW, really? I live in Wake Forest and I would have loved to purchase a home like this.
