Take a tour of 2 sisters living in 2 Tiny homes in this community! : ruclips.net/video/3gCl_OJQF2Q/видео.html
I would love to live there. My sister n her family live in Estero n want me to move to FL but I am low income on SSDI n can't afford much. I'm 60 years old n am heart broken. This would be an answer to my Prayers. It's what I can afford. Could you help me ?
I seen the sisters great video
Loved their video, smart young women!
I want to live here! I have no family and this would be fabulous you’re an ANGEL!!!
I want build a nonprofit like she has done. Prayers and good vibes my dream of helping homeless families who work can’t afford inflation and re s brig doubled.
What a decent human being. What a world it would be if there were more like her.
she took a lot into consideration to create this affordable community. smart to be inclusive of workforce housing needs for a diverse group of residents. it can be a model for treating one's neighbor with acceptance and kindness.
@@DonnaPiaVocci She's the sort of person that a politician should be but never is
@@Sheseasyouthereimpostersbeware I like your philosophy!
Exactly!! Someone that's not trying to overcharge people
A good human being you mean.
I love that this lady saved the turtle aswell as building a beautiful community for it to live in 😊
yepp, it's not just a slogan, that human must live side by side with nature....
Me too! My kind of person for sure!
I have two of them myself... red ear and yellow belly sliders!!!
Yes!!!🤗
This looks idyllic. I would love to live here! Looks like she’s at capacity now though. Who else wants to join me and start another place similar to this?
Yasssss please :-)!!!!
Where do I need to sign? Actually, there's no need for bigger house... all you need is just a small space where you can "take cover" from weather, but living in green and nature definitely is must...
I’m here in LA! Wanted to moved so bad in a natural tiny home with my young child ! Let me know 🥰😅🙏🏽💜🌎
2/6/22....I live in Central FL....so I MUST be fairly close by.
I would definitely be interested/willing to help get investment funds or even GoFundMe set up for similar tiny home/old forgotten mall/some "forgotten" acreage to develop another self sustaining community like this.
I'm gonna replay it I think she said she has plenty of room because she has a lot of acreage.. But I will replay it... I want to get away and move to a tiny home so bad
This is the COZIEST tiny community ever! I love that they have a pond 🥺 and the little turtle now has a bunch of awesome neighbors, sweet!
Definitely love Debbie's laid-back approach and what she's created and why. Making a food forest on the site is beautiful. It's affordable, it's fantastic. I hope she is able to get the county services and expand this one-- and she seems like a perfect person to create a lot more tiny-home communities. And if there were a lot more, there could be linkages between them to create all kinds of good things.
I live in central Florida, I'm fairly desparate for a tiny home SPOT!!! IF you can help, pleade reply
We are very interested in linkages to exactly what you just elaborated on. We are looking to relocate to southwest Florida with direct water access to ocean in 6 mo.-1 yr. Any help is appreciated. Please and thank you.

If I had a tiny home I'd move in here. The amenities to rent everything about it is just top notch well done
Rent and utilities for just $450 a month, plus an amazing view? That's better than my current apartment, by far!
"Oh god, I need to save that turtle", beautiful!!!!💚
Absolutely agree with everything said! If we as home owners, particularly as we age, cling to the, “Not in my backyard,” mentality, we will eliminate the very workforce we are growing to depend on!
It's already happening in some places!
Affordable housing & a kind community with lovely gardens, bee hives and my spirit (turtle) animal? This is outstanding!! I would love to live there.
Debbie is such a kind soul . She created a beautiful, tiny community.I like it so natural and tropical. 😊
I wish I could find a community that wasn’t full! They’re so special that every one is at capacity and waiting lists are closed. 😭
Hello 👋 dear , how are you doing?
What an awesome woman!! The world needs more like her! 💞
Yeah she seems like a really nice person.
I love people who facilitate community and we need these people more than ever to be seen. It gives hope for a world that faces pandemics and self interested nefarious individuals who hold great power these are some scary times and yet there is hope as seen here. Thanks for posting.
Lots of mobile home or rv parks. They accept home "homes".
This is a life goal right here! I love what she has done. I've been talking to single middle aged women about creating a community like this.
What a great idea. Praying I will find like-minded women!
tell us more
I’m one that you are looking for, leaning to women only, who are old enough to be over life drama. Talk to me…. Issy
@@issyness8658 I currently live in Missouri, but want to be looking for somewhere that has more moderate winter temps as I'm tired and getting too old to be shoveling snow. I'm hoping to retire in five years, however, recently looking at my modest investment portfolio is making me either reassess my plans or pray for a huge miracle that the market recovers in the next year or so. I fell in love with New Mexico, but they have issues that may be hard to overcome in the next few years; mainly drought and water shortage as well as the very limited availability of land. I hadn't been interested in moving to the Southeast for a lot of reasons, but I recently heard that some parts of Tennessee would be nice. Right now, it is just a dream that I have a few years to research and plan.
@@2legit64 I’ve been wanting to do something like this for years. Our family has a piece of property in TN that’s 70 acres. We have five acres cleared and I’ve been wanting to build a little tiny house community. We have a garden started but haven’t figured out the next step to get tiny houses out. Might purchase one very shortly in the future to get started.
I admire Debbie for her initiative in providing affordable housing and introducing tiny home living. I have always believed that tiny home living motivates the owners to expand their abilities of organization, minimization, independence, and common sense. Great job Debbie. Thanks for sharing.
I agree with Debbie. We need to see this as a good idea for affordable housing and be open-minded if it comes to our part of the world. But also, perhaps we need to do more than just "accept it?" Maybe do what it takes to make it happen in our community, like she did. She is one good and humble human being. Well done.
What a wonderful Lady! She is giving hope to those who need it, and that turtle is super lucky!! Great tiny home community,
She's wonderful. I first learned about tiny homes several years ago while thinking of a solution for my aging parents. Wanted to put one on my acre lot for them so they'd still have independence but I'd be right there. Nope. Zoning wouldn't allow it.
Somethings are just a matter of creative wording. Search and you might find.
Unless it's for commercial purposes the Municipality has no jurisdiction with zoning. Unconstitutional you can do what you want with your property.
The true law only applies to those who work for the municipality. Same with property taxes. Pyramid scheme. Learn the law.
GO DEBBIE!! Debbie has always been one to get things done. She is one fantastic lady and I am proud to say I know her, and her commitment first hand.
Where is this located? I'm in Florida and would love to this one day.
Omg pls say to her we are very inspired and proud of her!
Where do they go during hurricane season?
I love that the tiny homes are situated around a lake. Nice, relaxing area. I don’t care for the ones that just look like a trailer park.
Right? This feels almost like a resort community.
Yes, it is beautiful around that pond.....
A space will open up for you when you least expect it!
I love that she was able to plant fruit trees rather than flowers and non bearing fruit trees. Also everyone is welcome to partake of the fruits. Thanks Lady. You thought of everything in a sustainable manner.
It's amazing when someone puts their mind to it how they could do such a good thing
I love that Debbie had green and sustainable thinking outside the box in our community!
Wow what a nice job you guys did and it's only 58 miles from the temporary place I'm in now maybe I can even get a driver one day to pass me by and through it looks so beautiful I just want to see the turtle houses and the garden set up I think this is really amazing God bless you Debbie for this project glory to God
Nice community and a very nice lady with a good heart who saved a turtle!
This woman has a good heart & truly cares about people. She conceptualized and made happen this wonderful community. There needs to be more places like this all over this country in communities everywhere!
God bless her for this wonderful idea. The fact that they are growing their own food is awesome. I hope she can one day expand. 🙏🏼
This community should be an example for the rest of the country. Tiny houses aren’t for everyone, but for a single person or a young couple these would make perfect starter homes. The payments to have one of these built would probably be much less than renting an apartment, and instead of throwing your money away on rent, you’d have an asset to sell when you’re ready to move on to something larger.
Wow! Love her values and vision. And providing the blessing of safe, beautiful, personal home space. Your community is so lucky to have her!!
What a lovely story! I am glad that Lonely Turtle is not lonely any longer and has access to greens.
This is Awesome. Before big houses people lived in modest homes. Levittown ‘America’s first suburban community’ homes were 750 sf. That’s huge compared to tiny home, but we’re affordable. I love the concept of tiny home villages and community. Congratulations to getting it done!
Hello Kathy, how are you doing?
Tiny home villages look amazing! I've been a contractor for over 20 years. This is something I could definitely see myself doing in the very near future.
Wow thats amazing we need more of these all over what a nice lady! 👍🏻
Love this tiny home community and the fact she's kept it affordable!!! My dream has been to own a tiny home but in the last few years of research, most are getting between $800-$1,000 for land rent!!! I wish she had open space...I'd be on my way!
Debbie is one of the most inspiring people I have ever encountered. This beautiful tiny home village is only a small part of what she does for people. I think she is an enchanted fairy godmother to thousands! I am in complete awe of her! If I ever have another chance, I will move to Circle Pond.
Brings tears...this has been a dream of mine for our small rural area of Western NC. Nice job✌💜
Have you toured the periwinkle (lavender) colored house? It's my favorite color! I'd love to see the interior if the owners would be so kind😃 This tiny home community is lovely. Such a wonderful ongoing plan this woman has created!
I was just looking at TH communities last night and found this one, which I put at the top of my list for where I might move to! Cool coincidence.
Hey! This village is about 30 minutes from my house! I hope to see more villages pop up around my area.
You are so right about the need for affordable housing in Florida. My son-in-law was teaching near Stuart and had to quit because they couldn't find any housing they could afford. Kudos to you for offering a viable solution!!
Thank you for saving the turtle! You gave him freedom! Great tiny home community too. A great place for people to maintain their independence!
Debbie you have created a beautiful place to thrive for folks that serve the needs of others. We are not paid enough to afford these expensive houses & apartments going up all over Florida. What a blessing and example you are to a state that is not addressing the needs of those who serve others. We can not afford to live/work here if this need for housing continues to be ignored. Thank you and may this be the start of many more communities like the one you have lovingly created.
Thank you for sharing this lovely community!
So nice to see a tiny village where there's ample room between the homes and they're not crammed together! Well done!
What a beautiful community you created. And even more admirable you saved the turtle!!! Looks like a beautiful space to live in. Thank you for your Tour 💜🤟🏻🍀😎🇺🇸
May this good-hearted woman inspires many of us by showing kindness, love, and sharing like this ❤ 💖 💕
This is awesome! We need more people like Debbie to help nurture these types of communities along! Thank you Debbie!
Love the smell of wood too. Love the work this lady did for her community. Kudos to her for being open minded, kind, compassionate, helping & accepting those in need.
What a lovely place to live. The homes are all delightful, cute and inexpensive. What a lucky turtle. What lucky place for people to live. Thank you for the wonderful video.
What a beautiful, peaceful place to live. I wish there were more places like it. I would definitely live there!
So awesome! Thank you for all that you are doing to help those in need. Your community looks beautiful and so homey. I live in Central Florida and didn’t know this place existed. Blessings to you and all those helping you out.
This is a really a totally cool tiny house community. Thanks Jenna for sharing her story❤
WELL DONE , a big THANK YOU ! ------- TURTLE POWER , NICE ! ----- from Canada. J.
What an awesome place and lady! I love how she has set up fruiting trees, the beehives etc so that residents can have access to the spoils from those, that’s very kind! I could definitely be happy in a community like that.. we definitely need more of them everywhere in the world :)
Well glad to see im not the only one with this idea with a tiny house community with shipping container farm to feed the tiny community... Still raising funds to the land...
What a kind beautiful soul. What she has done is wonderful for the people and turtle. Much love to her.❤
Amazing! Yes we need to be kind and make space for everyone. 💗
Wow, what an amazing person and community ❤️ Our world definitely needs more like-minded thinking! Thank you for sharing. I am so happy for all of you!
What a wonderful community...kudos to the thought that went into this planned community! Honey, pond creatures, green, space.....all is perfect....wish there were more communities like this across the country....people can learn a lot from this one!!!
Love this! What a great idea and beautiful community! Great job! And even food growing for all!
Cute community and this lady did a wonderful thing opening this community and making it affordable
I just had a flash of inspiration to do something like this for families! We need more kind and loving people in the world like her who put their heart and soul into a project that made a difference for so many families, especially with the housing market at its highest. Thanks for sharing this motivating video.
Deb, you are what this world needs now and forever. concept has been in my head for a while. love more info. lot of respect for your compassion. grateful for you, sincerly Pam
Im in looove with this village !! 💘💘
Thanks for the space for a tiny house community! Hope you can accommodate more houses.
You have created a beautiful space . May you prosper.💗💗💗
I love this woman already! It takes such bravery to step up and take on something like this!
Thanks Jenna ! This lovely Lady is wonderful ! I want to move there in that community too :)
How pretty is the pond and the layout!🐢I hope to see a couple of Tiny House Tours there Jenna!!!Thanks!?!
That Tiny Home Community works because Debbie possesses a lot of foresight and common sense. May she enjoy a long enjoyable life at her wonderful community.
What a wonderful place. You have done a great job. The people that live there owe you a great debt of gratitude for all you have done to make this possible.
Great video! Would love to live in this area. Hoping Debbie will be able to expand in the future!
As an European it always amazes me how people who work in public servicer (teachers, police, ...) can't afford "normal" housing in the States. I would however live in a community like this in a heartbeat.
95% of the land in the US falls under zoning regulations that would NOT allow this type housing. Instead of going to the county and city planners and demand to relax regulations to allow smaller houses, people just whine and complain it’s “greedy builders” who just don’t want to build tiny houses, when in fact they aren’t ALLOWED to build them by law. So, what do folks do? Ask for MORE of these regulations and then complain when the house doesn’t get cheaper. California is a prime example. The country is full of people who want to take a lazy approach to issues and not see the complexity….and “they just greedy” is the laziest approach of all. 🤷♀️ Even in red states you will not find many of these communities….but take note that where they DO exist will be a red state, where zoning regulations are more flexible (Texas also an example). Trailer parks have also been outlawed in nearly 100% of the US, the only ones that exist do so because they are grandfathered in.
This woman is really impressive. I love her ambition.
Great job. The need for decent affordable housing for our workers is critical and I hope to help start a community like this up north. Thanks for providing an example of how it can be done. We'll need all the success stories we can find to get support.
Wonderful. I hope to see more communities such as this.
She is cute, cool, and very compassionate :) Love what she has created...Well done!
Nice work!
I LOVE YOU DEBBIE!! God bless you, I think you should call this “CARE UNIT” you have the most caring and sharing people I’ve seen just in this small community. You cared that much and I’m just emotional right now. WOW❤️
You are living my dream. Im glad someone got to do this. I wanted a campground like this called Quality time. Where you could go fishing with your family and just get away. God bless you.
She had me at turtles...
Wow! So amazing and beautiful!❤️
That is the nicest interview I've ever seen she's a very genuine smart woman. I wish them all the best success. Also very inspiring for me I'd love to do the same.
So great, especially with the fruit trees ❤
Wonderful all around! Thank you.
What a gr8 community. If all TH communities looked like this, with a comparable space rent including such amenities . . . they would be much more accepted and zoning laws would change around the country. Night and Day comparison to the all blacktop 'Safeway parking lot' charm-free feel of many others.
One of the best communities I’ve seen. This is a great model for future tiny home communities.
Her Heart certainly is filled with Love & Compassion. Top notch example for everyone. I like the fact that it's spacious. Seems most m.h. parks pack them in tightly to obtain more revenue. She Obviously did the Opposite & KUDOS to her for doing so! Thanks for showcasing this community. I foresee many more like this.
It is just beautiful. This community is the kind I would like to live in.
Right on! 😎
I love this. And saving the turtle is so cool
You worked hard and it shows. It's beautiful. Thank you for it and for sharing.
This is a great idea and more people should think like you! Perfect start to helping people ❤🙏🙏
Fantastic job, Debbie! On behalf of humanity I thank you for your vision manifested, your service to community, your beautiful place with lots of wholesome perks, and your message of being kind to each other. Love from Grace in Sri Lanka 🌺❣️🌺❣️
