This is the most practical tiny home I have ever seen. No tiny stairs to a bedroom that is difficult to stand in. I could really see myself happily living there. Beautifully designed. The storage is a bit limited but doable.
It's not a tiny home. It's a park model RV. They've been around for decades. The title is deceptive. They tell the full truth in the actual video that it is a park model RV purchased at a RV dealership.
I love the set up/design of this tiny home, don't remember the actual sq footage but I know it was less than 399. Sq ft. Park model tiny home I would love to find this for 45,000 $$. What a deal!!!
Wow! That additional 3 feet of width makes an incredible difference. I have not seen a tiny home with such an open, spacious and welcoming kitchen with so many cabinets as this one has. I'm about Cindy's age, and her home includes all of the features inside one home that are often missing and have made me reluctant about everyday tiny home living. She has a comfortable and ample seating area, a dining table with 4 chairs surrounding it (vs a pullout table with side-by-side seating), a full-sized bath and shower, a plumbed commode, a queen-size bedroom that she can actually stand up and even move around w/adequate closets for hanging items. All of her appliances are full-sized and she has a washer and dryer. There's plenty of natural light with all of the windows. The additional side cabinets and countertop in the eat-in kitchen, as well as, having the space to have a large loveseat and chairs angled inwards, really make it feel so spacious. She could add a small cocktail table IF she wanted and that's a first for any tiny home. I like that the house lots are not on top of each other and don't look like a trailer park. Since hers is too wide to easily move, I do wonder how her "model" compares in both cost, maintenance and space to a single-wide trailer. I've not really been inside a traditional trailer home, so I do wonder what the advantages are for owning this tiny home vs a single-wide trailer. I've always lived in a single family home, but I'm getting older and paying for yard upkeep on half an acre in the metro area where I live no longer seems practical now that my children are adults and live on opposite coasts. I would love to be able to close my front door and leave for 3 months without worrying and I have little desire to travel in and live in an RV full time. Condos are available in the perfect size for me, but sharing a wall with neighbors isn't appealing. Sorry for running on....
I really like park models because of the extra width & downstairs bedrooms. There really aren't any super tight spaces in one because they are designed so well. I hope you are able to find the perfect home for yourself.
It's good that your thinking about what would suite your needs. I love tiny houses but have mobility issues so the whole loft bedroom wouldn't be practical for me. This design seems a lot bigger and practical. I'm in Australia and sadly the tiny house dream hasn't caught on yet. But I'd love to live in a home and community like this lady. Realisticly it's the only way I could afford to own my own home.

I watch these videos to get decorating and remodeling ideas for my 78 year old 864 sq. ft. prairie ranch house. For some reason smaller houses like mine are a bit unloved and do not get many videos. For those looking to live small, a park model is probably a better choice over a true tiny house. Park models are generally senior and disability friendly, and the majority of mobile park communities allow them. True tiny homes often face safety and zoning issues, and may not be built to any particular building standard. For those reasons probably a majority of mobile park communities do not allow them. Cindy is a sweetheart, and her RV dealer treated her right.
This home is so beautiful...love that it has a real dining room table! I would love to stay here just to see if this is the way I want to go in the future.
Holy smokes, I can not believe she got that house for $45,000!!! And partially furnished no less. HOW? Wow...I can't even figure out how they bought the trailer, materials and appliances for that amount, never mind the labor to build it. It's not my style and it's very base level finishes, but it's everything a person needs to live a very spacious, comfortable and extremely affordable life. Absolutely incredible deal! On top of that, this woman is absolutely delightful. Her energy, her attitude and her generous spirit are all amazing. What a neat person. If I ever get out that way I'd love to rent her house for my stay!
I doubt you could find any park model for the price you paid at this time, much less one as nice as yours. It is truly a lovely home and a great choice of area to park it.
You can find a USED park model RV for less than that. I live in NorCal. Last month, there were 2 park models for sale at $65K each in San Leandro, already on the lot and connected, ready to be purchased and the lot rent to be paid.
Hello Charlene! I'm so sorry to drop this on you like this, but I came across your RUclips channel and I would love to know you better. From what I've seen, you seem like an honest person, which is why I'm guessing you must have written some pretty nice comments on other people's videos.
The tiny home is beautiful and I love the idea so much that hope will be able to get one. But, $550.00 a month rent for land is just too much, in my opinion. Even though that includes water and other things. I think it is way too much. But it is very pretty.
So happy to see a lovely tiny house that is more affordable. Most of them highlighted on YT channels are very expensive. It's hard to believe that this one was $45,000. She's such a happy lady with a beautiful smile. I love the style of her home and the neutral background. I'm glad the ABNB is working out for her. Thanks for sharing!
I have to say this is one of the best tiny homes I have seen. I loved that everything was on the bottom floor. That there was no crawling up in the attic for a bedroom. This is very nice.
She obviously was in it already when COVID hit, which was January 2020. The prices have doubled since then at least for the Park Models I've looked at in Texas.

Cindy, you are a joy!
Love your home💝
What would a home like yours cost today? Seems like they've gone up so much. 🌻🌻🌻 Simone
Incredible price! How long ago was that? I havent seen a tiny for less than $100,000 in a good while. Where did she get her home?
Another lovely park model home, well built and we'll conceived. I also liked the community location, as well. ❤️
Hello Jennifer how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
Your home is beautiful and it looks cozy and peaceful 😊😊
I doubt you could find any park model for the price you paid at this time, much less one as nice as yours. It is truly a lovely home and a great choice of area to park it.
You can find a USED park model RV for less than that.
I live in NorCal. Last month, there were 2 park models for sale at $65K each in San Leandro, already on the lot and connected, ready to be purchased and the lot rent to be paid.
@@le_th_ yes, these particular Kropff models tend to be cheaper than a lot of the custom ones that you see
@@le_th_ I need to check that out. Thank you so much !
Cindy is a total gem, here to shine the light! I can’t wait to visit the house! 🌻💎
That's a great looking park model tiny home.
Great layout ..Now I could live in that tiny home ..
I would also love to see an earth sheltered home that’s affordable. 😊
I smiled almost the entire video. She seems like such a wonderful woman. You can tell that she loves her home.
Good job, it's something perfect for me. 😂❤
Beautiful! Congratulations on your home
Hello Charlene! I'm so sorry to drop this on you like this, but I came across your RUclips channel and I would love to know you better. From what I've seen, you seem like an honest person, which is why I'm guessing you must have written some pretty nice comments on other people's videos.
Thanks but I'm not giving good comments to many of sites. You are remarkable, ( and sweet).
@@charlene6380 Aww, You are Welcome. Honestly I'm happy to get a response from you. And I would love to chat further if you don't mind.
Hi Charlene! I hope everything is okay with you. I haven't heard from you in a while, and I was just wondering if everything is okay?
@@Broadtolove Every5hing is great.
She is so warm and genuine. I love her tiny home!
I Luv her one level tiny home, I need that but the monthly payment is too much Randy incredible tiny home monthly fee is much less.
If you want to live in TN in a parking lot in the middle of nowhere! No comparison with our village.
One off the iciest tiny homes I have see, absolutely love it, I could easily live in that home.
This is one of my top 3 tiny homes I've ever seen. I loved everything about it, especially all of the storage areas.
This is a beautiful tiny home. I really enjoyed the tour and what a lovely lady.
Best Tiny House design, I have ever seen.
Beautiful decorated, elegant and cozy.
Thank you for sharing. 😊
I have to say this is one of the best tiny homes I have seen. I loved that everything was on the bottom floor. That there was no crawling up in the attic for a bedroom. This is very nice.
I'd love to know where she got her tiny home! I have never come across a park model for this price in all my searching!
Same here.
She obviously was in it already when COVID hit, which was January 2020. The prices have doubled since then at least for the Park Models I've looked at in Texas.
wow an autographed photo from aretha franklin! incredible. love the tiny home as well :)
What a lovely happy lady and so pleased to show off her beautiful home,
which has been tailored to fit all her needs.
Great vid
