I agree! Having mobility issues, the only thing I would change would be to remove the tub in the bathroom and replace with walk-in shower. Otherwise, a beautiful, light filled home!
Wow! That additional 3 feet of width makes an incredible difference. I have not seen a tiny home with such an open, spacious and welcoming kitchen with so many cabinets as this one has. I'm about Cindy's age, and her home includes all of the features inside one home that are often missing and have made me reluctant about everyday tiny home living. She has a comfortable and ample seating area, a dining table with 4 chairs surrounding it (vs a pullout table with side-by-side seating), a full-sized bath and shower, a plumbed commode, a queen-size bedroom that she can actually stand up and even move around w/adequate closets for hanging items. All of her appliances are full-sized and she has a washer and dryer. There's plenty of natural light with all of the windows. The additional side cabinets and countertop in the eat-in kitchen, as well as, having the space to have a large loveseat and chairs angled inwards, really make it feel so spacious. She could add a small cocktail table IF she wanted and that's a first for any tiny home. I like that the house lots are not on top of each other and don't look like a trailer park. Since hers is too wide to easily move, I do wonder how her "model" compares in both cost, maintenance and space to a single-wide trailer. I've not really been inside a traditional trailer home, so I do wonder what the advantages are for owning this tiny home vs a single-wide trailer. I've always lived in a single family home, but I'm getting older and paying for yard upkeep on half an acre in the metro area where I live no longer seems practical now that my children are adults and live on opposite coasts. I would love to be able to close my front door and leave for 3 months without worrying and I have little desire to travel in and live in an RV full time. Condos are available in the perfect size for me, but sharing a wall with neighbors isn't appealing. Sorry for running on....
I really like park models because of the extra width & downstairs bedrooms. There really aren't any super tight spaces in one because they are designed so well. I hope you are able to find the perfect home for yourself.

My park model is on 5 acres with septic, electric and well. Taxes are about $650 a year. Not bad for NY. I use it for a weekend getaway but eventually a retirement home.
Wow $650 a year in taxes is amazing for NY. I know I live here. I know there are mobile home parks in WNY I’m not sure if any tiny home communities. Something more spacious than a trailer park and more for older generation.

My sister has a tiny house in Washington state. I love hers and it has so many similar things in it. I love this one and would love to visit North Carolina for a weekend.
What a lovely home and at such a great price. Most tiny homes seem smaller, with less storage and cost so much more. I'd love to have one of these and put it on some land because her lot rent is more than my mortgage was.

She has a wonderful sense of decoration. I love how she mostly decorates with sunflowers and has really stuck to it. Love it. What a pleasant person she is. Her big smile is infectious.
I have to say this is one of the best tiny homes I have seen. I loved that everything was on the bottom floor. That there was no crawling up in the attic for a bedroom. This is very nice.
I agree, our host is a breath of fresh air and a delight with her warmth and sincerity. She is beautiful, and her beautiful home suit her perfectly. I love it. Stay blessed. Shalom and love to all.
I've stayed at a lot of airbnbs but I refuse to rent any where the owner lives there normally. It's such a creepy feeling to stay in an a strangers house with all their things around you. I kept on feeling like someone was going to stop by every time I heard a noise outside. Their family photos looking at you, the drawers filled up with their underwear and bras, and the refrigerator completely filled with their food. There really wasn't any room for me to put any of my own stuff. It also wasn't as clean as normal rentals.
I couldn't rent my own home out because I'd worry about people going through all my stuff. I agree that the standard of cleaning would be different in a rental Vs a personal home. I think I'd feel uncomfortable in someone else's home. A friend is clearing out the home of an acquaintance who passed away and we stopped by for her to pick up some items. Even though she had permission to be there, I felt so uncomfortable walking around someone's home. I didn't want to be disrespectful. It's such a personal space.
The only time I stayed at an Airbnb was in Quebec and it belonged to a family. They had zip tied their drawers and closets closed but may have left a drawer empty for us in each room I can’t remember. The house was gorgeous! There was a pool and a hot tub and fire pit! Netflix and wifi and a great kitchen. Definitely felt a little strange being in someone’s home, but it was so nice that I did not mind!
It varies, some people leave all their stuff in storage and go on long trips or only use the home for a specific time of year. So guest wouldn't know it was someone's home in such cases. Some may just rent a home out until it's paid off and not use it themselves until that's done. So there doesn't always have to be overlap... Though, it used to be common to live in other people's home. People used to appreciate maintaining an environment similar to home while traveling. Multiple guests would even have meals together in a common room and it provided people ways to maintain ownership of their home in situations where they otherwise didn't have the income to do so. Such as widows, etc. to get by providing room and board, along with meals, cleaning service, etc. We're just very anti-social these days and the way people used to live over a hundred years ago are pretty much long gone now...
My Aunt used her home as an Air b and b when she travels.....She came home from a trip over seas and the family that was staying at here house trashed it and left cigar stains in her carpet.....
What a cute tiny house! I have a citrine color sofa bed and a huge sunflowers painting hanging over it. If I get rid of other furniture, these 2 things would be my keepers along with all my kitchen items.
This woman is so precious! Her smile and zeal for life are infectious! Many blessings for her!
Isn't she a jewel. I love Sunflowers, my favorite flower that follows the sun. And Mimi's lamp and table are amazing. Perfect.
Right!? She's happy. It looks good on her!

Love how the bedroom is on the main floor. This lady is so sweet.
Hello Stephanie how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
This is my absolute favorite tiny house! I wouldn't change a thing except the location as humidity messing with my asthma.
What a pleasant happy lady.
I want a tiny home I love these little tiny treasures so very cute 🥰💝
Wow, what a lovely little home, I love her sunflower theme. It makes everything so sunny I feel.
She's so happy with everything she's chosen to have there. Truly lives up what she said is important to her: hope and optimism.
My sister has a tiny house in Washington state. I love hers and it has so many similar things in it. I love this one and would love to visit North Carolina for a weekend.
What a beautiful tiny house. I would love one exactly like that one for me. It's perfect.
I never thought I would like a tiny house ,but I really like this one
I just smiled through the whole video. Such a happy, sunshiny place to live 🙂
What a beautiful home. The kitchen is so gorgeous. I am loving the width of your home. I would live in a home like this. It's simply perfect
What a lovely home and at such a great price. Most tiny homes seem smaller, with less storage and cost so much more. I'd love to have one of these and put it on some land because her lot rent is more than my mortgage was.
I smiled almost the entire video. She seems like such a wonderful woman. You can tell that she loves her home.
This tiny house is beautiful and is roomy love the deck. You made a great decision 🤗
So happy to see a lovely tiny house that is more affordable. Most of them highlighted on YT channels are very expensive. It's hard to believe that this one was $45,000. She's such a happy lady with a beautiful smile. I love the style of her home and the neutral background. I'm glad the ABNB is working out for her. Thanks for sharing!
Lovely home and Cindy is a sweetheart!
Hello Diana how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
Her spirit is just beautiful
I could certainly live in a home that size, but I couldn't have strangers coming in. The extra three feet of width makes a huge difference.
Hello Susan how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
Best Tiny House design, I have ever seen.
Beautiful decorated, elegant and cozy.
Thank you for sharing. 😊
Cindy & her home are lovely ❣️ Thank you for the tour.
Wow! I loved her tiny house! No stairs is a big plus. Lovely decor. Thanks for sharing your house . I wish you enjoy your tiny house for many years! May God bless you always 🙏❤️
This home is so beautiful...love that it has a real dining room table! I would love to stay here just to see if this is the way I want to go in the future.
Cindy is a charming person. Really enjoyed this video.
Beautiful home. The park models are the best.
Hello Brenda how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
Lovely lady, lovely home 💕
The house is absolutely adorable xx
This was one of the best homes I have seen. I agree the no stairs to climb as people age is a very practical thing.
Beautiful! Congratulations on your home
Hello Charlene! I'm so sorry to drop this on you like this, but I came across your RUclips channel and I would love to know you better. From what I've seen, you seem like an honest person, which is why I'm guessing you must have written some pretty nice comments on other people's videos.
Thanks but I'm not giving good comments to many of sites. You are remarkable, ( and sweet).
@@charlene6380 Aww, You are Welcome. Honestly I'm happy to get a response from you. And I would love to chat further if you don't mind.
Hi Charlene! I hope everything is okay with you. I haven't heard from you in a while, and I was just wondering if everything is okay?
@@Broadtolove Every5hing is great.
She is so warm and genuine. I love her tiny home!
That's a great looking park model tiny home.
She has a wonderful sense of decoration. I love how she mostly decorates with sunflowers and has really stuck to it. Love it. What a pleasant person she is. Her big smile is infectious.
Another lovely park model home, well built and we'll conceived. I also liked the community location, as well. ❤️
Hello Jennifer how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
TY for sharing, Cindy is so bubbly and sweet! Best wishes to her!!! TY and God Bless!!!
Cindy, you are a joy!
Love your home💝
What would a home like yours cost today? Seems like they've gone up so much. 🌻🌻🌻 Simone
Incredible price! How long ago was that? I havent seen a tiny for less than $100,000 in a good while. Where did she get her home?
I have to say this is one of the best tiny homes I have seen. I loved that everything was on the bottom floor. That there was no crawling up in the attic for a bedroom. This is very nice.
Lovely home. So nicely decorated, too.
Hello Bev how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
I love this intro song so much I sing along every time and I can’t wait to play it when we down size.
Good job, it's something perfect for me. 😂❤
I agree, our host is a breath of fresh air and a delight with her warmth and sincerity. She is beautiful, and her beautiful home suit her perfectly. I love it. Stay blessed. Shalom and love to all.
I love this home
This is a beautiful tiny home. I really enjoyed the tour and what a lovely lady.
My daughter had a poor experience with an Airbnb one time, but I would certainly stay in this lady’s place! I would love the homey feel
What a cute tiny house! I have a citrine color sofa bed and a huge sunflowers painting hanging over it. If I get rid of other furniture, these 2 things would be my keepers along with all my kitchen items.
I would also love to see an earth sheltered home that’s affordable. 😊
Beautiful tiny house. Best I've seen to date. Great job
