The first unit is really really nice. The windows, the lighting, the closet, plus the outdoor area could be good for you and your employees for a break. I know that’s not SUPER important lol.
Just seems from the amount of inventory you have the first one is the best plus all the beautiful lighting and landscaping would be so nice. # 3 second! I would pick a space were you cant wait to grab your coffee and look forward to being there
I think one is beautiful. I think two is to choppy and three with paint for brightness would be perfect with open spaces if one is still not available😊 have to work in the area you need to be happy! Can’t wait to see what you get.
I love that first unit. It is absolutely amazing, the storage closet alone was amazing. I think if you could make the space work, the third unit work, the lighting in there was really good. I agree, the second one was kinda dark.
Before I read any other comments, I think the third unit seems to make the most sense. I worry that the window light of the first unit might be more problematic once you’re in there. I’m thinking glare, eye strain on monitors, and less control when lighting your images. The second one just felt…wrong. I also think the openness of the third unit makes it more functional. All that being said, u wonder how much of your inventory you’d have to cut to make it all fit. Thanks for sharing!
Have watched your videos over the last 3 years (got started on ebay during Covid) and even though I don't sell much clothing and our business models are different I always tuned in because I liked your style, I enjoy your friendly demeanor like you're talking with a friend, and because you've shared some of your personal side as well. I hope the vertigo episodes are behind you and you got some closure to those - I have Menierres disease where you lose hearing in one ear over several years, and in the beginning when your hearing really changes you experience some horrible vertigo. Luckily my hearing has changed enough were that hasn't happened in a few years, but the hearing is almost gone in one ear, so not sure its much of a tradeoff. Anyway, a long way to say what I came to say originally which is I love your long hair! It really is pretty on you. I've seen your different hair styles over the last few years and while you are lovely no matter what your hair looks like, I really like the long hair on you. Good luck with your new office search, I'll have to catch up and see how things are going with you! Love your car chats! Much love to you and the family.
I didn't see any easy way to get inventory (no matter how much you downsize) into or out of any of these easily. But, if these are the choices, hope you take number 1.
#1 is really nice. Reminded me of a dentist office configuration though. You'd be paying for a lot of hallway space and potentially more space than necessary. I thought #3 looked like you'd get the least amount of wasted space- best bang for your buck in my opinion. But it was a quick tour of that one, so not positive. Nice lighting and view too. Thanks for taking us along. It was fun to live vicariously through you:)
That’s a really good point about the possible wasted hallway type space in #1! 1 was my favorite but probably because it looks like an apartment plus ground level might be nice for shipping, but now you’ve gotten me thinking #3 might be the list topper!
None of them. They are too small. You have a warehouse. You would be squeezed tight into any of those units unless you drastically reduced your inventory or utilized every inch of vertical space available.
I agree - I think this is my 5th office I’ve had since being in business? I’ve really realized what I want in my next space and natural light is one of them!
Hey! Love the lighting and views in the first one for sure! How many items do you plan on having listed at any given time in these units? I'm having a hard time visualizing everything in your warehouse in these spaces. 🤔 Much love Denali! - Jess
Hi there! So excited for you! I agree with you, and others who like #1, then #3, lastly poor #2 (we'll call him Eeyore). I may have missed something (no surprise there 😖), but unit #1 was in the basement? Do you enter from that level? Or would you have to use the stairs to "haul" a haul down; and take the outgoing packages up? ?? I'm sure i missed a B Level accrss? Thank you for sharing your excitement with us. Will pray you land in the perfect El Ducho space!!! Enjoy!
Space #1 is dope! A lot of natural light always improves our moods. If all fits a 1 yr lease sounds ideal. Excellent views too in #1 and appears more isolated. Best of luck!
Thanks for joining me on the tour! What do you think?

First unit I would vote on

Right? That storage closet is a dream!
I'm with you, I really like how bight the first one is.
It just felt so welcoming!
1st unit!!! 🤞🏼
It’s very tempting…

Yeah the third one is nice and boxy - which does make sense for storage.
I like the first one the best!

I vote for #1 as well! Such a pleasant, cheerful and serene space!!
The units there are really lovely but they both look horrible for storage shelves since all the walls have windows and are weirdly shaped.
Love love the 1st one!!😊

I'd just haul it in like I used to at my old office space, in Ikea bags.

The first unit! So pretty & calmly. I hope you get it🤞🤞
Thank you! ☺️
I love touring places. Lol. Even virtually, I get 2nd hand excitement for new things.😂❤
Hahahah I do love that sort of thing also!

Welp, that's the plan! 🙃 I referenced videos that I've recorded recently where I talk about downsizing my inventory.
I love the first two but is there a loading dock area? They look more like offices than warehouses?
No loading dock. Yeah I’m looking for more of an office space and less industrial.
That first unit was so bright, perfect for taking photos, and so serene!
I agree - I think this is my 5th office I’ve had since being in business? I’ve really realized what I want in my next space and natural light is one of them!
I can't see how you would fit all your stuff in the second space. I liked the first space.
I’m currently working on downsizing my inventory! 🙃

Hi Jess! Not sure on the exact amount of items but probably somewhere around 2k?
@@elducho wow! That’s a big change for you! I’m here for it! Can’t wait to see you continue your adventure!
Thank you 🤗
@@elduchoDidn't you mention in an earlier video that you might need to get a storage unit for inventory if you get a smaller office?
Do you have a leasing agent ? If not it is a huge help . I leased office spaces for my business and family business real estate
I don’t, but it’s something to consider for sure!
Love space #1. Good luck!
Thanks Leann!
Your hair 😍😍😍😍
It’s so long!
1st one for me but it depends on space vs money
Absolutely. At the end of the day, price is what is going to steer my decision.

1 or 3. 2 was too small.
Agreed.

Thnx! Yes the natural light is so so so tempting!
