Thx for the great content! I tackled my death pile before the end of the year last year because I wanted to start the year fresh! (I have a few low dollar, but good smalls left that I work into the better things) And I do not source until I have listed everything from the last sourcing trip. Refuse to have a profit pile this year! Good luck with yours & I have no doubt you will get that accomplished

It’s nice learning from both of you and how I could scale up. I’m selling in my free time, currently have 800 listings inventoried in a large hall closet, with 40-50 sales each week. I keep items by category and have no problem pulling sales. I’d have to get off site space to store more inventory, adjust my inventory system and also work my weekends. If I hated or lost my current position I’d strongly consider scaling up to full time. Thanks for your time ladies!

In the begining she said she quickly learned to NOT hand pick and to buy in bulk. But then later she says she doesn't buy wholesale or liquidation, she hand picks everything. Buying in bulk to me, means multiple quantity listings. Maybe I am confused, but hand picking 200-300 items a week is crazy. I was at my local bins the other day for 6 hours and literally only found 9 items I wanted to sell. I go into local thrifts stores and I am lucky if I walk out with four items! Maybe I am being too particular with brands? I am dumbfounded as to how they source that much. Do they source every single day? She said they source 200-300 items per week, and their sell through rate is about 250-300 items per week? So they have a 100% sell through rate?
I think she means by buying in bulk, she goes to the thrift store and handpickes items but buys in bulk since the location is an hour away

I wish I had a death pile to tackle, inventory is limited where I live. I actually have to travel a hundred or two mile for loads of inventory to purchase. Small mountain town in MT with a few really small thrift stores and summertime only yard sales (too much snow and ice 6 months of the year).

I’m trying to figure out which automation bot to use for sharing my PM closet. I know you both use LP (I haven’t signed up for this or Vendoo yet either).
Have you tried different stools for sharing? Experiences? There’s so many choices!
What spreadsheet do they use when sourcing?
She worked at Dollar store no I don't know.. Will be watching more of both these channels.
Some times When I look up comps in a store. I buy the item I will look at the closest one sold. Then just sell one now in the item and create the draft than.
What does Cayley do for health insure insurance. I'm almost ready to go full-time but is the health insurance going to be expensive. I have a full-time job right now and use the the insurance off of that job. Judt trying to figure out about the health insurance once I quit my job and go full-time on Ebay.

What is Pajama Friday you ask?
Every Friday I get up & get dressed into a nice clean pair of pajamas, not loungewear, not yoga wear, but straight-up pajamas! I have chronic health issues & I am always pushing myself & getting up & trying my best to do some of the lists of to-do's on the weekends I do caregiving for my Mom mostly & my Dad & I love them and yet it wipes me out. I found if I totally slow things down on Friday, I'm a nicer, calmer, person during the weekend. I also have to wear multiple masks for the whole time I'm there so it keeps me safe but wrecks me for a few days after.
My YT gals (along with my true crime, home decor & positive spirituality/mindset videos) keep my head up & staying positive on year 3 of this pandemic most of the week self-isolation.
