I have a street level space with full windows like that and we did frosted privacy film, the heavy-duty kind, 3/4 up the window and I love it. I can see out, lot of sunlight, but people can't see in!

Gosh I think I’m more in the camp, not so much as who leaves a place like that, but what landlord rents it before cleaning and fixing things. 🤷♀️

I’ve learned over time that commercial landlords do not give AF 😂 They’re like “here’s the building space, have fun! ✌️”

Nice to have a shower at a work office! This way if you go picking or feel grimy after a long day at work you can shower before going home or out and feel like a whole new person. That's a really great feature to have in an office.
I live very close by so I’d rather shower there. This shower is… not a shower I’d ever want to use. 😂

PS - this was a really important video in that it shows often less is more. Is it normal to make repairs to a place you are just renting?
It's easy to reinforce that counter so it doesn't bow. One wood post attached to the wall and the floor would stabilize it.
Probably true! But I don’t like this counter and I’d prefer it gone. 🙃

Hi Denali, I think that is a great space! I wish you all the best! I don’t know what the front door opens up to (outside or a corridor but you might want to consider some type of camera/microphone so you are safe by yourself. There are many choices that just go through an app on your phone. Your ideas for the space sound great, I especially thought that the washer/dryer is a perfect idea! 🎉 Cheers, Pat
