There are so many amazing places to visit but I wanted to do a quick summary for those visiting and who are short on time. Where is your favourite South East Asia destination?

I have been to Malaysia 5 times, Thailand 4 times, Singapore 3 times, Indonesia twice and Philippines twice but I am hoping to do one more visit to Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia, and hoping to visit Vietnam and Brunei for the first time

@@m35926 My favourite countries are Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia but Philippines and Singapore were great places also. I'll say the best beaches were in the Philippines but in terms diversity and culture I would go for Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. Singapore is a great place to visit for 3 day stopover to other parts of South East Asia. It really depends on what you want to see and do

philippines is the best country to visit, people there are not difficult to communicate with.

Why Cambodia and Philippines over Indonesia and Malaysia?
It is so hard to choose but we went with our personal favourites! Indonesia is stunning and we would still recommend it to travellers!
@@CreativeTravelGuide Indonesia is on another level compared to Philippines. No offense to Cambodia, but other than Angkor Wat, why would someone pick to go there over Malaysia?
Here are some of the reasons why Cambodia should be on the top 5, if not #1.
1. Angkor Wat is world famous and is the largest religious temple in the world, and some historians and archeologists say that the massive temple is comparable to the Great Pyramid.
2. Cambodia was once a Khmer Empire, which lasted for about 600 years. During this period, the Khmer or Cambodian people were the richest and most powerful in Southeast Asia. They dominated over Thailand, Vietnam, and Laos. To this day, Thailand stole much of the land from Cambodia because all empires come to an end. Plus, a big chunk of land was lost to Vietnam during the war many years ago.
3. Tonle Sap is the biggest fresh water lake in the Southeast Asia.
4. The country is also known for its tragic history caused by the Khmer Rouge when about 1.5 million Cambodians were killed by an evil dictator, Pol Pot, as the consequences of the French colonization of Vietnam and the Americans involvement Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam.
Do not interfere with their choice if they include the Philippines and Cambodia. They did a fair review of which countries to visit. The Philippines has a fair share of being one of the best beaches in the world.. So, to the creator of this content thank you for including my country..
