I stated we can not enforce that, its a public road, your land doesn't start until you get to here. pointing out where the public road stopped. the supervisor just said, if we don't we lose our jobs. Part of the problem is, there are people who sit in their glass office, pick up the phone and say, tell that person, and expect you to go and sort stuff out. yet you don't get any backing, then you get called useless, luckily being an engineer by trade, I have enough sense to know what is allowed and how to respond to unlawful requests. Also most companies want SAS style security, yet don't want to pay over minimum wage. Now some companies like Amazon if the road goes straight to the gatehouse, do own the road right up to the junction onto the main road. so your not allowed to park overnight on the road. so seeing how this road at Howdens, goes straight to the gate house and no other business, it would not surprise me to find out that they do own the road. just becuase it not fenced off and they allow the public to use it, doesn't mean they don't own it. I think it's a bigger problem related to the high cost of accommodation. To do these low paid jobs you couldn't afford to live in a home. You'd have to be content with living in a crowded hmo, probably sharing sleeping quarters with strangers. If you are from a third world war zone it looks a reasonable deal to live in overcrowded slum accommodation in a western country. If you are British it looks pretty hopeless, working to be trapped in poverty and squalid conditions with no hope of bettering yourself. If good quality affordable housing was available to British citizens, British people could do these low paid jobs and live in reasonably decent conditions. But that needs government to represent British people, which they don't.
@@whitehart11 Labour? lol They'll just hand out more to freeloaders and minority groups in exchange for their supporting vote. Reform might get them working though! Have a lovely day!
Thanks for the video DJ. I wouldn't have a clue where to start with a drone but it helps people as a member of the public to understand the boundaries. I was reprimanded a few weeks ago for running past a disused warehouse on the public footpath that currently has 24/7 security, as it was getting dark I'm always courteous to them and wear my full length hi vis jacket to make a point of being seen so they know I'm not doing anything I shouldn't. I reminded them I was on the public footpath and I'm wearing a full hi vis top so I can be seen, and I also said I know some good eye doctors if he was struggling to see me 😂
On the drone footage it appears that the other roads have the brick paving where the public would cross the road, the same paving that is next to the zebra crossing. 👍

Nothing I wrote was racist ffs.
I’m clearly saying that it’s a shame foreign security aren’t taught the laws of our country in their training.
Of course some British security need to be taught also but my point is foreign guards won’t know anything about our laws so should be taught.
Why do people like you throw around the ‘racist’ term for no reason. You know absolutely nothing about me and my comment wasn’t racist in the slightest.

Excellent video DJ, I was smiling all the way through the video 10/10
Security hates it when we stand up to them 😂
Them drop down kerbs before the zebra crossing are called tactile paving..
Put their for the blind. So they can cross safely. Public like you say, DJ.🏴

The real eye-opener is how many African-born security guards we have working in England. Is it too much to ask our government to force our unemployed youth into these jobs before importing even more migrant workers?
problem is we do not have enough young school leavers this daft to do the job.. you have to have a special diploma in stupidty to become a security guard nowdays.... if yo ucan spell and write down yoru own name you pass the test, but if you pass then your not daft enough for the job..
That all the can get
Can't force any one work. Maybe Labour will try!
@@whitehart11 Labour? lol They'll just hand out more to freeloaders and minority groups in exchange for their supporting vote. Reform might get them working though!
You can't make anyone work who can legally support themselves, but you can get freeloaders working by getting really tough on ALL forms of benefits. You make work the desirable option.

how do these muppets keep there jobs and come to that how did they get them in the first place
Their HR department must be equally low-rent, low IQ individuals.

Yes, they seriously do think this sometimes. It would not be too bad if I was on their land but out on the public pavement? COME ON!!!! 🤣🤣🤣😲😲😲
I love the way you dealt with that African security guard and his so called manager. That crossing was interesting as it doesn’t have the zig zag markings or the lollipops, but it does have the tactiles for the blind people and it’s definitely there for public usage, so I don’t know why she came out with the story it was for their drivers. What nonsense was she on about. Nice one DJ 🙂👍
oh!, you mean you do not have an ethnicity for the 'so called manager'?. You may say you are not racist all you want but of course you are. You may not know it. By the way, in order to calm your nerves and of those who like your comment and see nothing wrong with it, I would like to confirm that the 2 security staff were in the 'wrong' and need proper trainning regarding issues like this.
I reminded them I was on the public footpath and I'm wearing a full hi vis top so I can be seen, and I also said I know some good eye doctors if he was struggling to see me 😂
A touch on the aggressive side today but, as you've said before, if you're treated well, you reciprocate. He went off from the start!
Thanks, I am glad you can see it was proportionate 👍
@@DJAUDITSit was epic!
Short shrift for both those morons
The phrase "back to work" invokes considerable anger. The worst thing you can say to an angry person is, "Are you angry?"
On the drone footage it appears that the other roads have the brick paving where the public would cross the road, the same paving that is next to the zebra crossing. 👍
Aggressive 'security' with his munchkin backup ... very poor show from Howdens.
Doubt he is the same when on the gates at the rugby Haha
the simples question at this point! should be? who has authorised you to lie to the public?
I'm glad that the security didn't get physical because that would've been bad for you. This guy likes/ plays Rugby and wasn't out of breath iin the slightest after marching from the shack. Take care😊
