Sorry the guy said he didn't deal with the 1st auditor that came, so how did he get a copy of the picture on his phone without a breach of GDPR and does showing you that image then breach it even more?
How is it a breach of GDPR? No personal info, just a picture which, as DJ Audit rightly says, is not illegal. So watching this video on RUclips is a breach of GDPR then?
An image of a person where they can be identified does come under GDPR data as it was taken by an organisation or a person representing that organisation in a work capacity - CCTV images generally don't have peoples names or addresses on them but still count. Images of a person on RUclips generally don't count especially when applying journalistic exemptions or incidental inclusion.
Something tells me the CPS probably wouldn't be interested.
@@pipublisher if you as a member of the public take aphoto of a bloke at work your fine.... if a bloke at work takes a picture of anyone , that is then under gdpr rules because he is taking the photo while he is working for that company.. you can demand they destroy your image.... but they cannot demand sod all off you as an individual or member or public... if the firm is caught spreading your image the data handler can be deep in trouble and could end up in prison if the judge takes it as a serious breach of gdpr...... it is to help stop the gutter press spreading lies about people .

Metal Cleaning was located there prior May 2017 and several MJ Quinn vans on site, appears mainly storage in old street views. MJ Quinn refurbed the unit, added windows also acquired the vacant parcel next door and added the hard stand. The industrial estate was developed in early 70s. Prior the area south of A580 was wartime prefab bungalow housing. To the north was the Kirby Royal Ordnance Factory north of South Boundary Road. Between the two the Knowsley Industrial Estate began modest development in the 1950s.
For a few years during WW2 as a young boy, Paul McCartney (known for a musical career with some group called the Beatles🎸) lived in the prefab housing estate while his father worked at the munitions factory.
Northern Audits visited Algal Omega 3 in the industrial estate south of A580, other auditors were sites north of A580.

The small area at the side with the stepped poles looks very much like a pole climbing training area and the safe and correct way of tying a ladder to a pole and the correct usage of the safety harness/belt when ascending the pole to work with overhead cables and of course the safe way of then descending.
