Send FOI to your council, requesting: total summary warrants granted each year? Cost each year for SW? THAT PROVES THE LISTS, not individual applications. Also ask, how much, arrestment of wages, arrestment of bank accounts and how much sequestration (Scottish bankruptcy) each year....SINCE RECORDS BEGAN... it will shock you, I did it for Aberdeen, they have generated £75million fake debt, I’ve been fighting them for 10 years, any locals get in touch....these b&stards are done 💪

When I went to “Court” on 2nd August 2024 I was told I couldn’t record what was going on!
I asked the man who was presiding over the events, how should I address you? The secretary/typist piped up, you can call him “Your Worship”😂 I didn’t roll my eyes at their foolishness as I knew it wasn’t a real Court🤫

Holding your position isn’t easy when they try to default you but a notice really helps challenging them with accent for not sending it back. I sent my notice to the CFO. No response for over a week.

If the courts issued a summons for non payment of council tax, then they would be complicate on issuing a criminal summons on behalf of the council

At the moment, there is nowhere to go. There are various sites that offer advice, some free, others not so. I have mainly picked up knowledge by following Richard and the guests he interviews, with regards to Council tax. I stopped paying my tax this year ( Scotland ) got a final notice in April, which I ignored, then received a Summary Warrant granted by the Court, delivered by sheriff officer, employed by the Council. I sent a Data Subject Access Request ( DSAR) recorded delivery, to the sheriff's main office, requesting the name of the court who issued the warrant and also the case file number. Letter sent 06/06/24 and 20 days to reply, still awaiting reply, I also presented the same request, personally, to my local court, for them to verify if I was on the system. They would not confirm this, though they are duty bound, but his behind the Data protection. I left the request with them and they had the 20 days to reply. They have passed my request to the Courts and Tribunal Service in Edinburgh and so far I have not heard back from them.
Courts cannot grant warrant to corporations ( private company )as the council is, as they would then be Abetting them in their criminality. Companies cannot DEMAND money for their services, a mutual contract needs to be agreed and signed by both parties, just like, you would have a signed contract, if desired, for someone to cut your grass, same principle.
There are various government acts that can be used against them also. The 1913 Forgery act. Presenting a forged document in court ( which the Council do) for the purpose of gaining a result.
The 2018 Fraud act. Fraudulently, producing a Document for their own gain.
Both acts, carry a Fine or Imprisonment or Both.
Everything I have stated, is gained through my own research and listening to the people that are interviewed by Richard and in no way and putting together a reason for the withholding payment to a Criminal Organization.
All taxes collected, go into the Consolidated Funds of HMRC and a percentage of your council tax goes back to your local council, the reason why they are always pleading poverty and also an excuse to raise the tax even higher.
Most of our money is used illegally to fund wars Etc.

What is needed is an Audit and public scrutiny on what councils actually spent the money on. I was at a planning meeting the room next door had a rable creaking with a buffet for the councillors on the panel. I was told the restaurant or cafe is just down the road for the public so when we came back and the peoceeding started i stood up and questioned the expense of the buffet. U should of seen their faces 😂 they had Been caught 😊 so much money is wasted with council tax.

We should all be asking questions and holding out council officers up for scrutiny but we don't.
south derbyshire council based in swadlincote got busted for buying bottled water instead of just using the running water that is treated.

There are three parts to a trust:
Trustee
Administrator
Beneficial
The wealth of the world is held in trust by the Crown for all living men and women and to claim your wealth you have to prove that you are a living man or woman however we have all been tricked into thinking that we are entitled persons and not living souls.
This is done by the Crown taking your name at birth and joining it in conjunction with your surname (hence surcharge) to form a title deed that allows access to the wealth held in the trust all of us. Should you sign as MR FRED BLOGGS you do so as the trustee of the trust and as a consequence have to pay a charge that goes back to the Crown for the privilege of taking wealth from the trust that belongs to the title holder and beneficial.
The subtlety is that you are deceived into thinking that you are and into taking the position of the trustee MR Fred Bloggs which is the name of the trust set up for you the title holder beneficial, you are the living man Fred. As you take the position of trustee you are in breach of the trust and have to pay charges due to the trust in the way of tax, parking fines, utility bills, etc.
If you make claim via an affidavit that you are the true living man Fred, the title holder beneficial of the trust "MR FRED BLOGGS" then everything they have taken form you as a charge of maladministration by way of your breach of trust of MR FRED BLOGS ought to be reimbursed to you Fred.
You right to claim to be title holder beneficial is provided in the statute Cestui Que Vie 1666 and your right not to be forced to sign as trustee is protected in section 30 part 2 Bills of Exchange Act 1882:

That's Wrong, you are the beneficiary of the ens legis, your are not a trustee.
The judge is the trustee and the corporation representative is in fact the defendant for trust fraud.
For Trying to make a trustee the beneficary and operating your trust without your authority.
Order the judge to put them in the doc for breach of trust.
Filpping a trust is fraud.

There is no restrictions on being just one or two or even 3 (a magic number) in my understanding.

They create the "laws" and "regulations" and whatnot soooo complicated, long and complex on purpose, so that a normal person says Oh f#ck that , I can't be bothered. Then they hide backdoors and loopholes into the laws so that They can use the laws to their benefits. Because, IF WE KNEW what's in those lawbooks we'd tell them to eff off long time ago.
The only laws we need is You don't kill/hurt, steal and lie. Everything else falls within those basic rules of conduct.

When the bank lends you money, it’s dipping into your “Trust fund” to create that balance as a “loan” albeit it’s already your money! When you pay it back; they’ve made double cos you’re charged interest. How is it already yours ? Because Govt and Banks are colluding for centuries- for every person who is registered at birth, they set up a fund (it’s like a bond on your future earnings) and it’s traded on the stock exchange… and by the time you are say 30 years old, Could be worth millions. This is how one video on here He demonstrates how he paid off a utility bill just by writing on the invoice something specific that tells them “Okay, consider it settled” etc and it allows utility companies to take the money from that “fund” which is in the name of your “straw man” … which is your name in CAPs… and it’s not you!! But you as living man are the beneficiary!!! Yay!!! More people should do it

I believe Corporations preceded Councils. I remember older members of my family referring to 'the Corporation' in the way we would refer to Councils (ie. rubbish collection, etc). It would be interesting to investigate what changed and why.
