    Nice video! I happen to have both the Nintendo Switch and a 8bitdo controller! How do you like Ultra SF2? Would you recommend me to buy it over Mario Kart 8 dx? I'm having a heck of a time with Zelda but I'd like to play another game from time to time with my switch, possibly a local multiplayer game too :) thank you!

      Awesome! Definitely try it out - having a real d-pad is great.
      Unbiased opinion: MK8 is awesome - if you have it for the Wii U, then pick up USF2. If not, from a multiplayer standpoint, MK8 might be a bit better because anyone can pick it up and go. Online multiplayer is a blast as well.
      Biased opinion: USF2 is my fav.

      Mr. Sujano knowing you from your YT channel I knew the biased opinion was for USF2, but I appreciate that you put there the unbiased one too :D thank you!

    • @Drafterita
      @Drafterita 7 лет назад +1

      well yeah... I ended up ordering both.. let's wait for amazon now to deliver them, then I'll tell you my fav :D
      btw.. is the online multiplayer with USF2 available now? I read that it was not possible to play online matches at the time of some reviews.

    • @MrSujano
      @MrSujano  7 лет назад +1

      Haha awesome!
      Yep, online works just fine for me. Some matches are laggy, but that's expected since everyone is on wifi. You can even see the signal strength before the match, so if there is a bad connection you can leave the lobby before the match starts.

    I've been trying this for over an hour now to play Mario Maker courses. I can't get the blue led blink four times that fast and shut off from holding the y and start buttons. I have the latest firmware. I can get it to rapidly flash blue from holding select to get to pairing mode, but not conncect to my switch. Most likely because I can't get past the y and start buttons part. Any suggestions?

    • @GhostBoyGhoul
      @GhostBoyGhoul 5 лет назад +1

      Nevermind I figured it out. I selected the download option on the website to the right of "Legacy" which brought me from 2.7 to 3.0. I tried it with the download option above that and went from 3.0 to 4.2 and these steps worked with my switch. Thanks for the video!
      (My first time using this with my switch as I've only ever used my sfc30 with my snes classic edition and the bluetooth adapter for it previously).

    Did update 4.0.1 of the Switch do anything to disable this? I can't seem to connect my controller anymore in spite of these steps. I have one of the same two from this video.

    • @pim1943
      @pim1943 6 лет назад

      I have the same issue. A shame that Nintendo probably disabled this.

    • @PerfectRequiem
      @PerfectRequiem 6 лет назад +1

      I finally fixed it recently. Hard reboot your Switch if your 8Bitdo Controller looses the ability to connect, and then try adding it again. You can do this simply by holding the power button for about 6 seconds, it should turn back on starting with the Nintendo logo.

    • @pim1943
      @pim1943 6 лет назад +1

      The thing is though that I've never been able to connect in the first place, I've only just gotten the controller. Luckily I hadn't bought it mainly for Switch, but it was a thought that crossed my mind that I could also use it for the Switch, as well as my PC. I'll try it out to see if it works though. Edit: Also yes, I did upgrade the controller to firmware 4.0 and I'm trying to flash the firmware again to make sure that isn't the issue.

    I figured out how to save super nes games using the sn30 8bitdo controller. For the Nintendo switch. Hold down start and select at the same time. Then save. And do it again. To exit out of the super nes game. Back to the super nes home screen.

  • @buddyroach

    this doesnt work at all for me. i even tried the same method with the other 3 "fire" buttons to the tee and have done this whole thing over and over again. the Switch will NOT recognize it. Yes its an actual 8BitDo controller and it is the SNES30 model (without the analolg joystick), exactly like the one in the video, the original colored one.
