Taking the grips off the joy con controller attachment makes the entire untit smaller to hold on to.... why would I do that if I have big hands? Seems counter intuitive. Less to hold onto. Now I have to hold onto a tiny square controller with no grips with more hand cramps

Then, tap "Settings" with the Wii Remote icon on it. Then select "Change Order". All controllers other than the GamePad will de-sync, and then you can re-sync them to the console. After doing this process enough times, I won't seem to time-consuming.
