    Your body is so flexible and it inspires me a lot to try most of the new workouts that you do madam. I was 83 when I delivered my son, doing elliptical,few sets of Surya Namaskara and I am currently 68 kg with 163 cm height. Now I am going to do your workouts too to reduce 10 more kg. Then I would love to keep workout as my daily routine like how we brush, eat and sleep everyday. Thank you so much madam!!

    3 exercise . உட்கார்ந்து எழுந்திருக்கும் போது உங்க கால் ல lock பண்றீங்க அப்படி பன்னா மூட்டு வலி வந்துரும். கால் lock பண்ணாம எழுந்திருங்க எந்த problem இருக்காது. எனக்கு தெரிந்தத சொன்னே 🤷 அவ்ளோதான்.
