- This workout phase is fast and effective, go full range of motion with no breaks. This will get your heart rate going and kick you into gear for the rest of the day, or throw this phase into the beginning of your workout before hitting the weights.
WARM UP - Hit a full dynamic warm up with a little cardio
PYRAMID 1- Power Jack Squats & Tuck Pushups
x1 Power Jacks Squats
x10 Tuck Pushups
x2 Power Jacks Squats
x9 Tuck Pushups
x3 Power Jacks Squats
x8 Tuck Pushups
.....etc
x20 Burpees
PYRAMID 2- Plank Up/Downs & Cross Touch Abs
x10 Plank Up/ Downs
x1 Cross Touches
x9 Plank Up/Downs
x2 Cross Touches
x8 Plank UP/Downs
x3 Cross Touches
etc...
x20 Burpees.
If your new to training then feel proud and excited that you hit that workout, next time try to do one of the pyramids a second time. If your advanced use this as a phase in your workout and now hit some heavy weights or add in another pyramid using your weights.
