Very interesting. I find meditation to be very helpful. Being mindful ( in the moment) is a huge missing link to my recovery...beyond that i am perplexed at the authors statement of non religion. Buddhism is a religion. But i appreciate the reminders as I used to practice Buddhism..thank you.

Right on. Buddhist psychology, philosophy, and practices without any religion.

90% of Buddhist paths are non-religious, meaning no deity. About 10% of Buddhists follow a more religious-style path, seeing Buddha as a deity.

Some Buddhist don't even call themselves Buddhist. I'm looking at this because I want a more nonreligious way to recover

Buddha himself was not a Buddhist. Any -ism gets created as a religion, while Buddha's teachings are simply a way to heal your suffering.

Love your channel but the Buddhist thing is a bit much for me. Look forward to the next video
