3:05 This is called EXTINCTION TRAINING in psychology. Example is Pavlov dogs stop salivating after extinction training in which they didn't get food even after a bell(usually after a bell Pavlov's dog get food). After repeating so many times Pavlov's dogs stops salivating.

I am a Muslim, I decided to leave Islam and convert to Buddhism

You don't have to "convert" to Buddhism. It's a practice. It's not something you follow or believe in...it just is. It's a lifestyle. In fact, practicing Buddhist teachings will make you a better Muslim. On the other hand practicing Buddhist teachings could open your eyes to the fact that all religion is just "mind."

So you go over each part in your mind or when you're actually doing it? If it's in the mind well I find it extremely difficult to near impossible to visualise in that way.
